Honey-chan POV
I wake up on my huge king bed just for me.

I wonder how much sweets I can eat today. Someone's calling me? Aww it's Mori-Chan!!

Mitsukuni? :T
Yess Mori-chan? :M
Don't forget today is Monday. :T
Oh oops! I'll get ready now. See you at school!! :M
Alright, see you there. :T

Takashi POV
I get ready for school and get in my limo,
I wonder how long Mitsukuni's nao is gonna be today.

/little later/

I wait in the music room with everyone including mitsukuni waiting for haruhi.
Tamakis face was all red, probally thinking about haruhi.
The twins bored already.
Kyoya thinking of all the stuff haruhi has to pay, andd mitsukuni thinking about sweets of course.

/some time later/

Tamaki POV
Omg finally, Haruhi has came to the music room. I'm so happy to see her.
"Haruhi!! Did you miss me?"
"No." Rolling her eyes.
What!! Why not?!! Are you serious?? I thought you loved me?? Do you not love me??? /and more yelling from tamaki/

Hikaru POV
So Honey-senpai how's ur sweets? Seeing him eating millions of cake on the coffee table.
"Delicious!! They couldn't be any better!!"
"Tamaki are you worried for his teeth from what happened last time?"
"He brushes his teeth constantly so I think he will be fine I hope." Midi responds with.

/just as he says that/

"Oww!! My tooth." Honey-senpai says while moaning in pain.

"Are you alright?" Everyone responds with runnning up to him.

"Yeah!! Don't worry guys I'm fine ehaha."

Mori-Chan walks you honey-senpai. Standing there for a minute.
"Open your mouth."
"No! It's fine really."
Takashi inserts two of his fingers into mitsukuni's mouth. Struggling for him to keep it open he looks around at his teeth and sees one tooth with a cavity.
He grabs Honey-senpais arm pulling him out of the music room and going to the nurse'a office.

Takashi POV
"I told you I'm fine!!"
"No you're not, you have a cavity again and this time you can't eat sweets for a week." I respond with.
While sitting in the nurses room with no one in except us I grab a ice pack and place it on his cheek.

I see his eyes starting to water.

I know he loves sweets but it isn't good for his health and it hurts me seeing him sad.

"Hey Mitsukuni. I'm sorry, will you forgive me?"
"Of course Mori-Chan. I won't eat sweets for a week.. at least I'll try."
I chuckle.
"I know you can't do it, you don't have to just eat less a day alright?"
"Okayy."

I grab a tissue and wipe the dried tears on his eyes.

He then hugs me, we stay like this for a minute.

We return to the music room with Mitsukuni with a ice pack on his face that he's holding. All happy and jolly, then Mori-chan coming in in his regular facial expression as usual.

"So what happened Mori-Chan?"
"Oh nothing, just another cavity."

I am at the beach making these amazing stories you people better read cause I did this at 3 am 😭 just a one shot, might make it more later.
