Pumpkin and Pookie's story (an emo and a prep arranged marriage)

Chapter 2

Chapter two:

"You know I can hear you behind me Christina right?"

How the hell?!

"I-I'm sorry I just wanted to know where the kitchen was.."

"Pumpkin, this is your house to y'know..."

"Right.. I forgot.."

God I feel like a fool... And he must think I'm one too..

"Christina, what do you want to eat?"

"I don't know.."

I'm honestly more tired then hungry an its only three thirty..

"How's a toaster waffle sound?"

"Good.."

Does he really have to walk around in boxers? Gosh.

"Pumpkin-pie! Are you excited for a new school tomorrow?"

"What?! I like my real school fine.."

"Well according to our parents we need to spend time together."

And sleeping together isn't enough? An he does know that he's burning the waffles right?

"Damnit! They're burning!"

He's gonna burn this place down...

"Pumpkin I burned the waffles."

"I'm not a pumpkin.."

"Oh well."

I rolled my eyes and walked back upstairs to 'my' room.

So.. I'm getting married to him... And I have to sleep with him.. What's next?! Ugh I'm too tired for this..

I walked into my closet and changed into some grey shorts and a black muscle shirt, and climbed onto the bed.

"Ugh not even 4 and I'm going to sleep 'cause I'm tired."

I climbed under the covers and closed my eyes but I wasn't fully asleep.

"Christi- huh she's sleeping... Well.. I'm kinda tired too.."

Jakes climbed next to me under the covers and twirled my hair around.

What do I do?!

Jake suddenly came really close to me... Like I can feel his chest on my back.

Should I get mad? What do I do?!

"Hah, I never thought I'd be sleeping next to an emo, not alone marrying one."

Hah I could say the same about me and a prep...

Jake wrapped his arms around my stomach lightly though and he pulled me in.

I'm too tired to fight... And that's how I fell asleep.

BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP

That's one thing that's never changed. I could feel Jake swing his arm back and hit the alarm but he quickly put his hands back on my sides.

I tried to move his arm but I couldn't.

"Jake?"

"Hm?"

"Don't we need to go to school?"

"Do you want to?.. Didn't think so, lets just stay home today.."

The guy who could barely handle me yesterday is holding me and is falling asleep with me today...

"Did you.. Y'know.. 'Take advantage of me last night?"
