Your PoV
"Yeah?" I asked
I didn't get a reply back.
Ein sat there staring at me, like he didn't know what to say next, but I could tell he wanted to say something.
"Are you ok Ein?" I asked
He slowly nodded his head.
I looked at him confused.
He remained silent and continued to stare at me.
I heard him whisper something but I couldn't hear it properly.
"What?" I asked
He slowly began to look away from me and towards his feet, he looked really nervous but tried to hide it.
"Um (y/n)?" He said
"Yeah?" I asked once again
"Will you umm..." he started
"Will I?" I questioned
"Umm,"
He looked at me again, right in the eyes and asked,
"(Y/n), will you please go on a date with me?"
I felt my face heat up, as the question spilled from Ein's mouth.
"I-I'd love too," I said
A huge smile made it's way onto Ein's face, and only grew bigger when I placed my hand on top of his.
"(Y/n), I have to take you back to your house," he said
"Why?" I asked
"My dad's coming back in a few days," he said
"What's wrong with your dad?" I questioned
"H-he's dangerous," he sighed
"How?" I kept asking questions
"I'll tell you another time, but right now I need to make sure you're safe," Ein said
"Ok?" I said, but it sounded more
Like a question
"It's getting late, come on," he said standing up and helping me to my feet
Ein and I walked in silence back to my house.
When we got there we knocked on the door.
"(Y/n)!" I was greeted by my mom, hugging me tightly
"H-hey mom," I said
"I wasn't expecting this, I thought you was staying at Ein's house until you completely healed," she said
"I-I'm getting better," I said
"That's good," she said, "come on in both of you,"
She moved out of the way so me and Ein could walk inside.
"Are you two okay?" She asked
"Yep," we both answered
"Thank you so much for looking after her Ein," my mom thanked Ein
"No problem miss (l/n)," ein said
My mom was about to say something else but was cut off by crying.
"Well, night you two I've gotta go take care of (b/n)," she said then walked up the stairs
"I should probably go," Ein said, but before he could walk out the door I stoped him
"C-can you stay?" I asked
He looked at me and smiled.
"Fine," he said
"Yay!" I grabbed his hand and dragged him up the stairs to my room
We both sat down on my bed and began laughing.
I didn't even know what was funny, but it seemed to make us both laugh.
Time passed and soon enough it was really late.
I laid down on my bed next to Ein.
We stared into each other's eyes. I got so lost in his beautiful grey eyes I didn't even realise how close we were, but I liked it.
It made me feel safe when I was with Ein, safer than I've ever felt before. I felt like it was just me and Ein and no one else, no one else to get in the way of us.
I didn't even know it when I first met him but, ever since then I've been slowly falling for him.
