Your name is Zacharie, you're nonbinary and you are just *now* breaking it down to your boyfriend, Cronus. He's scratching his head, trying to understand "So. You....aren't any gender?" You nod, leaning back in your chair just *hoping* he wouldn't start making you feel guilty, he sighs and starts tapping his shoes. You start biting at your knuckles, slouching your shoulders and looking at the ground, finally he looks up at you, smiling widely "You should've told me before, I mean, I've been calling you my boyfriend for three years, Zach." You chuckle a bit "Well, I was worried you would make fun of me." Cronus scoots his chair closer to the table, shrugging "And? I'm a ragin homosexual. I mean, there's nothing wrong with idenifying with a different gender or no gender at all, Zach." You look up at the ceiling, groaning a bit "Yeah I know. But, like. You're the only person who knows I'm nonbinary. Everyone else calls me 'sir.' And 'young man'" You stand up from your chair, the back of your knees pushing it back "I don't like being called any gender pronoun." All the red haired boy did was nod in agreement "Then, what pronoun do you want to be called by? How do I explain this to my parents that my own boyfriend is insisting to be called my significant other?" You shrug, "Call me your.....Your, I don't know, Cronus. I don't know about a lot of things, like am I bisexual? Or am I pretending? Am I actually nonbinary? Or am I just being an idiot for attention?" He opens his mouth to talk but immediately closes it because you know you got him right there.  He chews on the inside of his cheek, his shoulders slouching and his eyes focused on the ground. You sigh "Instead of calling me a he, please call me a they. I'm sure your parents will understand?" Cronus looks at you, his face formed in an uncertain manner "Zach, I don't know. I mean, it took them a long time for them to accept I'm gay." You shake your head, groaning "Nevermind. I'm just. I'm just going to pretend I'm not queer." Cronus' worried face turned into laughter "But, you're the queerest queer my parents have ever known!" You pinched the bridge of your nose, chuckling "Very funny, Cronus."
