((Jungkook watches him as he sleeps. Watches him as his chest rises slowly up and down, up and down, up and down. And he's so fucking relieved. Relieved that Jimin is still breathing, that his heart is still pumping.. . that he's still alive. Jungkook wishes he could have gotten to him fast enough -even faster than the traveling of rumors spread by people too bored with their lives and too quick to judge.
But he couldn't protect him quick enough.
"Fuck," Jungkook grits out. "Fuck. Fuck. Fuck!"
Jungkook slips his arm around Jimin's tiny waist and pulls him flush into his chest, cradles his body into his own so that no one -even if they're in the save haven of his room- absolutely no one will ever harm Jimin ever again.
"I'm here, Peach. You have me now. I'll always be here."))
