1. Sweat it out.
When you have time, exercise. I run, walk and spar a whole lot. Sweating helps our skin release toxins such as alcohol and waste products, which is a natural detoxification.

(Sugoi! This is something I haven't done in a while! Tehee~~)

2. Ditch Make Up.
A certain ninja, a.k.a my training partner told me to stop wearing make up because I look older with it. He said I have good skin and I don't need those, so I followed his advice and only do eyebrows, just occasional for eyeshadows, lipgloss and tinted moisturizer since I wear face mask most of the time.

(Lol that makes sense.)

3. Drink Water!
This is very important. I drink water when I wake up, before and after I consume an alcoholic beverage, though I rarely drink alcohol. I drink water before and after peeing, in short, I make it a point to stay hydrated.

(*sips tea* nice one, sis.)

4. Stay out of the Sun.
I'm not a fan of sunbathing and warm weather so I always sit in the shadows. If situation calls for being exposed under the sun rays, I make sure to apply sunscreen, SPF 50.

(Boo, you're no fun.)

5. Remove Sugar from your diet.
Softdrink is harmful to your health. I don't put sugar on my tea and coffee, since around six to seven years ago. If you can't resist sweet stuff, settle with natural fruit juices, DON'T ADD SUGAR.

(Awe... rip sweet tooth. 🥺😢)

6. Good Skincare Products.
I don't use lotion and other super expensive products. I use grapeseed oil to moisturize my body. I apply it on my body after stepping out of the shower and let it dry naturally. Grapeseed oils is light, scentless, dries fast and very rich in anti oxidants. I only use vegan skin care products. I also massage my face a lot with , if you're interested, look up Face Yoga on google, to do it properly since our face's skin is rather sensitive.

7. Don't smoke.
I used to smoke a lot back in my rebellious phase. I stopped a few years ago and it did wonders on my skin, health, stamina and mental clarity. I repeat, don't smoke.

8. Sleep.
At least 7-8 hours of sleep, that's enough for our body. If it's not enough, be sure to take lots of short naps.

(Uh.. what's sleep?)

9. Eat more fruits, veggies and less meat.
I refuse to eat red meats. Chicken and Fish are okay but I prefer having way more vegetables and fruits on my plate than any kind of meat. I rarely eat rice but it's fine even if you do, just make sure not to throw the veggies away.

(....no.)

10. Sex.
Orgasm makes the skin glow. If you don't have anyone to do it with, Masturbate. Orgasm releases oxytocin in our body, and oxytocin is good for the skin.

(OwO subarashi...)

11. Enjoy life a lot.
Stay away from the things that stresses you, go out have fun and unwind. If you feel tired and dead inside, it will radiate outside.

That's all to it.

Thank you for sharing these tips, Hanabi-nee!
But I dunno if I can I follow all of that. 😫🤣

See you guys next time! I hope you're still alive and well. And here's a shameless plug cause I've been busy making quite a few fanarts these days to get through the boring quarantine. UwU
