bambam is busy. he wishes he could go home and just spend time with mark but he has a photoshoot in hong kong with a famous fencer. bambam hasn't ever heard of him but he isn't exactly up to date on very many olympians.

"i love you, baby, i hope you have a safe flight. call me when you can, okay? even if you think i might be asleep."

mark is worried about bambam going to hong kong. he's only been to thailand and america and even in america, he was never without mark. he knows he'll have someone with him who can speak cantonese but he can't help but still be worried about his boyfriend.

"i love you," bambam says as he gives mark a tight hug before he finally has to go through security, "i'll miss you, markie."

"i'll miss you, baby."

bambam's manager finally tells him that they have to get going so they can be sure they'll be on time for the flight.

mark stays until he can't see bambam anymore and has to go back out to his car. he's sad to go back home without bambam but he's also extremely proud of him.

he gets a phone call from his best friend on his way back to his house and he only answers because he's already lonely without bambam around.

"what?"

"why do you hate me? i'm hurt, mark," jaebeom asks dramatically but mark doesn't expect anything different.

"what do you want? i just dropped bam off at the airport."

"we should hang out since i know you're lonely," he jokes even if it's the truth. jaebeom obviously knows how much mark loves his boyfriend and misses him when they're apart.

"you can come over," mark says before hanging up because he is already missing bambam, mainly because he knows he'll be 15 hours away for the next week.

mark is home after another 35 minutes of driving and jaebeom arrives just a few minutes after him. they don't do much when they hang out. watching movies or play video games, talk about how life has been and about their relationships.

"so what's bambam doing in hong kong?"

"some photoshoots for with a fencer or something. i think it's for his fashion line. i don't know why a fencer needs a fashion line but whatever."

"what's his name?" jaebeom asks out of curiosity as he pulls out his phone.

"jackson wang, i think," mark answers, leaning over to see jaebeom's phone as he looks up the name.

"he's a hong kong national, gold winning olympian at fencing and only 21 years old," jaebeom reads before mark takes the phone to go to images to see what the guy looks like.

and of course the first picture to show up is a shirtless photo of the guy. he's fit; extremely fit, actually. he's also really attractive.

mark can't say he's not a jealous person. but it's not that he doesn't trust bambam, he just doesn't like when other people look at his boyfriend in any way other than platonic because bambam is his.

"at least bam likes skinny guys like you do you have nothing to worry about."

mark just looks at jaebeom, trying to figure out the thought process of what he said and why he said it.

"thanks, beom."

jaebeom leaves about an hour later when his boyfriend calls him and asks if he'll come over. mark doesn't mind, he's a bit happy to be alone.

he goes and lays in his and bambam's bed and hugs bambam's pillow as he takes a nap. one of his least favorite things about bambam's career is how often he's alone at night in their big bed.

mark he doesn't mean to but he accidentally sleeps all the way through the rest of the day and wakes up around 3 in the morning. he knows bambam won't be able to call him until around 8 in the morning. he can't even fall back asleep anyway so he gets up, gets a bowl of cereal, and goes to play video games once he's done eating.

time goes by pretty fast as he games so he's a bit surprised when his phone starts to ring and he sees bambam's caller id pop up.

"hi, baby," mark says right away once he answers. he's so happy to be talking to his boyfriend because he always worries about him. he gets so nervous about his english and even though mark knows that bambam has his manager with him, he can't help but worry the two might get separated and bambam would be left on his own in a place he doesn't know.

"hi, markie. i just got off the plane," bambam says softly and mark knows he probably hasn't been awake long, "all the signs have english on them so we're not lost."

"that's good. are you getting your luggage now?" mark really just wants to hear bambam's voice because he never knows how much he'll really get to talk to him when he's gone.

"yeah this is a really big airport though so i'm just following bill around. he knows who we're looking for too cause he's been talking to jackson's manager and they know where we're meeting."

"how was your flight?"

"it was okay i slept the last few hours but i watched some movies too. i miss you, markie."

"i miss you, baby boy. i miss kisses from my handsome boy."

bambam whines quietly because he misses mark's kisses just as much and he knows he'll only miss them even more as the week goes on.

they keep talking as bambam waits for his luggage. since it's getting late, luckily it's not too busy like it can be sometimes during the middle of the day.

bambam just blindly follows his manager who is leading him to wherever they need to be.

bambam doesn't even realize he's standing in front of two people until his manager taps his arm and gets his attention.

"i'll call you later, markie, i love you."

"i love you, angel." bambam hangs up and puts his phone into his back pocket. he is really shy and felt much more comfortable while on the phone with mark but he doesn't want to be rude.

"bambam, this is jackson wang and his manager."

bambam shakes their hands, giving a slight smile under the black mask covering half his face. his eyes still show that he's smiling which he's happy about because he doesn't want to be see rude.

jackson's manager leads them to the car, leaving bambam and jackson to walk behind their managers, next to each other.
