I really want to make a Race for dnd, but I didn't know what to do because I wanted it to be different than any other race out there, including homebrew. I thought about it for a while, and I couldn't find any race that had the power of possession, and it seems pretty strong, so I talked to my DM about making a race, and they agreed that it might be fun, so here it goes. This is just a draft and I would like help for the final one to make this a legit race that can fit with almost any class.

To start off, you can have the appearance of any race (human appearance is most common), but you cannot grow any hair whatsoever (until you possess a creature, then you can grow hair as you wish, with the acceptance or whatever they already have grown. The hair grows over the days that the possessed creature's body changes, mentioned later).

The name of the race is "George from Accounting" or "George" for short, this is non-debatable. The race itself is a mix of General Grievious (arms) from Star Wars, Beast (hand feet) from X-Men. and Nidus (body opening up) from Warframe. You have 2 legs and 2 arms, hands for feet, and anything describing hands or arms would apply for the legs and what would normally be the feet. The hands have a thumb on the opposite side of your hand from where your thumb normally is, as well as a normal thumb. The arms and hands split down the middle to give you 4 arms (and 4 legs), with 3 fingers on each half-hand (including the thumb).

The legs can pivot and spin like normal arms (for most creatures/humanoids) so can walk like a human, or turn your legs and feet hands around and walk like an odd dog (with or without legs and arms split)

You have the power of possession, although it's more of a mix of a homebrew background that can be found on dndbeyond.com "Dual Soul"and the character Firestorm from DC Comics, where both you and the possessed creature are aware of everything, and you can communicate to each other telepathically while bonded in this way.

As an action, you touch one humanoid (or a humanoid sized and shaped creature) of your size or less. They make a Wisdom Saving Throw equal to 8 + your Wisdom modifier +your Proficiency bonus. If the target fails the saving throw, you, along with everything you are wearing disappears physically, and whatever you were carrying, the targeted creature is now carrying, or falls to the floor. Anything you were holding, the creature is now holding, as long as they are able to hold everything you were holding, if not, you choose what they are holding (out of what you were holding) in their free hand(s), the rest falls to the ground. Equipment that merges with the form (the equipment that you were wearing that disappeared ex: Armor, Clothing) has no effect until you leave the form.

If the target succeeds, you immediately provoke an opportunity attack (unless you previously disengaged). Whilst you are possessing a creature, you can hear their voice speaking to you telepathically. The creature can repeat it's saving throw once every 24 hours (doesn't stack) after it fails one. At any point in time, if the creature failed the first saving throw, and it makes it later (even if it's the next time it tries), you get essentially ejected from the creature's body. and become prone in a free space within 5 ft of the creature. This also happens if the creature drops to or below 0 hp (except you don't land prone), you end it as a bonus action (also don't land prone), or you are forced out by an affect like the Dispel Evil and Good spell.

To add more flavor for character and keep the spice for the fight, I thought that Darkvision of about 60 ft or so would be good, although if 30 ft would be more balanced for this race, I'm fine with whatever. 

For the possession, you cannot possess Abberations, Constructs, the creature has to be alive (undeads count as alive for this), and have flesh. Undeads have advantage on the saving throw, and if you succeed, you must make a DC 40 Wisdom Saving Throw with Disadvantage. On a fail, you gain the irresistible and uncontrollable urge to either eat the flesh of any nearby (alive/ not undead, friends and enemies alike) creature, and fight it until you kill it, then repeat it with the next closest creature over and over for the next 2 hours, of which you cannot end your possession, and are in full blood-lust mode. If you succeed on the saving throw, you have full control, but only have half the amount of health you had when you started out with (when you possessed the undead creature). After a successful save, you repeat the Saving Throw after 1 hour of being in the Undead's body.
