Juliana's Perspective:

I feel absolutely excited if my (otherwise terrible) plan about keep him waiting worked out well.

When I wake up, my first thought is to check my phone to see if he wrote anything back, but glancing at the time as Instagram loads in I realise that I'm late for school.

Throwing my phone immediately to the side, I jump up and make a run towards my closet to grab some clothes. With the speed of lightning I change into them and after grabbing my phone and my bag I fly down the stairs. My mum left me some food in my lunch box on the table which I grab on my way to the door, and as soon as I'm out, I start running even faster, praying that I won't miss my bus.

Eventually I almost do, but the driver sees my rush and kindly waits for me. I fall down on a free seat I find after a quick scan of my eyes around the inside of the machine. By the time the bus starts to move , I'm already sitting, trying to regain composure and slow down my breathing again.

As I'm panting, I pull out my phone to finally check if he's answered, and I happily see that he did.

Time difference sucks. I think as I start reading his letter, accepting the fact that I don't really have a chance to text with him with only a few minutes between our messages, since 9 hours are a lot. When he texted me, it was already 3am in my time zone, and I was already fast asleep in my bed. Other times he texts me when I'm in school, not checking my phone. And it's the same the other way around. Usually when I text him, he's either sleeping, practising or doing something else important to his carrier.

We lead so different lives, it makes it hard.

"Dear Juliana,

I did notice you being absent to use your words. I waited impatiently for your answer, as creepy as it sounds, that was the way I honestly felt.

Your country's small in a cute way, I'm sure it's truly lovely. Already planning to visit so count on taking me on that sightseeing tour of yours soon!

Okay, what kind of music, movies, dancing and reading? I mean I guess you like the kind of music we make, since you're a fan. But besides that.

Maybe you find it basic, but everyone's different, so your hobbies are special, 'cause they're yours. I don't know if that sounded crazy and not understandable. I'm sorry if it did.

If touring can be counted as a hobby, then for sure it is a favourite of mine. But it's more like a job that can be really really enjoyable. You're correct though, these are my hobbies. Other than these? Maybe I'd say fashion. Or even photography a bit, reading, etc. Art related stuff.

I really like that question. Nobody ever actually asked me that, expecting a totally honest answer. Everyone has an answer in their heads that they wanna hear.

What you asked is a hard thing to do, I admit. I've been sitting here for the past 10 minutes thinking about the best way to describe it, and started typing many different ways to help you imagine it, but eventually deleted all. They seemed awfully terrible and cliché. Not at all presenting what I want you to see.

Okay, another 10 minutes passed and I think I found a great way to describe this city. (Luckily we finished all stuff to do for today and I have enough free time to sit around trying to see LA as an outsider who's never been here, even though it creeped the guys out a little so I moved up to my room.)

I'll send it in a screenshot though. I wrote it as a note and if I copied it here, this message would be impossibly long. Like a novel or something. I don't want you get tired of reading and reading these words on the eye-hurting screen of your phone.
