I act like I care
But I don't,
I hurt feelings
But I expect mine to be spared.
I live life on a razor's edge
My peers are who I discourage
My heart and mind are what I merge
I live by this... pledge
All this... is not me
I'm in fact the opposite
Consider myself a hypocrite
I am indeed the antithesis of this hypothesis.
I act like I care
Because I do
I hurt feelings
Because:
Mine get hurt too
I indeed do what gets done unto me.

Poetry"Poetry isn't just about rhyming words, it is a feeling, it is life and most importantly, poetry is all of us. Words have the ability to consume us, to devour us, to control us and to deceive us." - Tanaka Chamisa
