A day in the life of me

Chapter 12

Nolan's POV

After Miles literally cried her eyes out (Laughing emoji). we spend the rest of this beautiful night under a tree eating snacks and kinda watching a movie... well it looks like Miles found interest in my face for some weird reason. But to be honest, the movie was kinda boring, I don't know why I chose it in the first place. But the view on my lap was way more entertaining, Sorry that got cheesy real quick, after a while, we go inside to get away from the cold wind outside that brought rain. Miles decided to go up to her room and change, just then after a while, she comes back down and wow... Queue drooling this girl is going to be mine.  

After like an hour or maybe three, I decided to ask her the question I have been dying to ask her all night. "Miles, can you give me like five minutes I'll be back..?" I ask bringing out my best terminator accent. Laughing while walking to the other room, I get my little bunch of flowers and head back to see her waiting patiently for me to return. As I walk through the door she looks up and smiles the biggest smile I have ever seen, "Miles... I have been meaning to ask you something and to be honest I am a little terrified of hearing your reply but screw it,...." I take a deep breath before continuing my little speech, " So miles will you make me the happiest guy in the world and be mine till We die and still be mine after death? I will understand when you say that you don't like me in that way but I like you and I know that if this blows up... our friendship might be ruined." I take one last breath holding it until she answers...

The smile on her lips never flatter as she stands up and gives me a kiss and I try deepening the kiss, but she pulls away and wow to say I look like a deer in the headlight is an understatement... she opens her mouth to say something but shuts it again, ohh no I knew it this was a bad idea. she brought me back to reality by again kissing me and this time more certain of my answer I smile against her lips making her mimic my reaction. We walk to the couch her lips never leaving mine. I think to myself this is mine... wow looks like she brings the Cheesy side out of me. that was one of the best nights of my life. I kissed my best friend for even and turns out she feel the same about me, I wonder, why miles, do you do this to me?
