I have mixed feelings for this ship, I can see why people the the two, but the Sports Festival fight was, like the only ship-perfect moment. I mainly see them as friends.
In my opinion they actually look adorable together, it's just that I personally think they wouldn't date or anything like that. Todoroki sees Midoriya as a friend who helped him with seeing that it was his quirk and not Endeavor's, and I'm pretty sure Midoriya sees Todoroki as a person who needs a hug and just wants friends, not a relationship.
I think a relationship would just make Todoroki alot more stressed, since he would have to think about there feelings every second, and would probably pretend to be happy.
