Fanfic: Rescue Bots

Shouting and banging on a door I can never unlock for my entire life. I hated myself. I didn't know why was I so different.

Then, I met someone... or some bots, to be precise.

I was invited to Chief Burns' and Doc Greene's dinner party. The only people in town that knows my secret are them and their families. I am just glad that they didn't tie me up with alien theories.

"How's the new fox fur gel I made for you, Miku?" Doc asked.

"Let's just say, I needed that," I chuckled.

"There's a reason we asked you to come here tonight," Chief approached us.

  "I see," I replied.

  "Follow me."

They liked me to the garage where the Rescue Bots, the town's rescue heroes, stayed at. All four of them were gathered around the same spot. That's odd.

"Team, introduce yourselves," Chief called out.

All of the bots took off their visors, one by one in turn. "Heatwave. I'm the leader of this team," the fire-bot spoke. My brain told me to run but my legs were frozen in time. "Chase. It is an honour to serve with your police friend, Chief Burns."

"Boulder! It's an honour. Cody told us so much about you!"

  "Blades. I heard that you're the human-fox!"

  I was beyond surprised.

"No worries, Miku. We are all friends," Chief Burns assures me.

"To be frank," I started, "I kinda guessed that you bots are not from Earth."

  Everyone sighs in relief.

"The reason we revealed ourselves to you is that we noticed something about you," Boulder explained.

"Allow me to scan you for your identification," Chase asked. I nodded.

A beam of blue light shone brightly. It lasted for a few seconds before Chase lowered his helm to face me.

"I found a match in the Cybertronian missing bots files."
