Riele's eyes rebuffed to meet theirs, she could feel the burning eyes of the sullen director. Sitting next to her was a maimed blond, an ornery bruise was spotted on  his neck, his nose scratched. He was asking for it though, Nathan finally spoke up, "Let's get one thing straight, the only reason we aren't firing you is because we need you on this show. We aren't pressing charges but there is something that needs to be done. Both of you are taking a break for a week, which means you aren't working with us. And since we have a contract, we are making you two stay together."

Jace and Riele's eyes widen, Jace's pupils dilated, and he chewed in the corner of his lip. He tended to do that when he was apprehensive. Riele stood up abruptly, her feet hitting the ground with a small 'tap'. She took in a deep breathe, trying her best to keep temperate "What!  You can't do that!" She protested, her heart pulverizing at the thought of staying with the blond. "Actually, I can and I will. It's in the contract you both signed, you two can decide which house you'll be staying at. And it you two can't manage to get along by the end of the week, you'll be both be fired." He declared, his eyes darkened in melancholy, he hated being so bossy, but he had no choice. Riele was lucky that Jace wasn't pressing charges, and she was self aware about that, so she sat down with a sigh, no longer having the energy to keep arguing.

Jace kept quiet the whole time, he was too deep in thought to notice that they were even talking. Her staying with him could, no, is a good thing for him, his heart ached when she complained about staying, but he managed to keep a straight face. The thing was, Riele didn't care about staying with Jace. The problem was that she would be momentary living him in the same week that she had to complete the bet. The office door flew open as Nathan held the door for the two. The brunet male waved his hand out the door as a way of ushering them to leave. Without a second glance, the two young adults stood up from their leather seats, Riele quickly looking at the shelves which were full of books and plants.

The two quickly left the modern room, eyes immediately landing on them, distressed and bothered workers tried to ask them questions but they shot them down, ignoring them. Sean currently relaxing on the couch of the booth, blue and red decorations covering the green screen floor, Sean looked up, giving Jace a look as if asking 'how did it go?' Jace was quick to identify the look and shrugged his shoulders, as he continued to walk behind the temperamental woman. He halted and immediately stopped walking when the shorter person in front of him was no longer in motion. She turned around and faced him, his chest right in front of her face but she completely ignored it, maintaining eye contact. A horrid look came on her face, 'what is she terrified of' thought Jace.

Her mouth opened to speak, letting the words fall out quicker than she meant to, "Your house. Not mine, I'll be over there after I get my stuff packed." She declared before spinning on her heel and turning around, she continued walking ignoring the nosy looks she was receiving. Since, they had the week off due to poor decisions they made, they trekked out the studio, a refreshing breeze hitting their faces, the sky a mid-dark, the glass doors being patrolled by four peculiar men. Each one of them wearing all black, dark sunglasses on their face, and a receiver strapped onto their waist, a few guns on their belt in case of emergencies. One of the four men peered at Riele, he had a fitted body, dark skin, and his hair shaved. His green eyes hidden behind the shades placed securely over his eyes, but Riele could still feel their gaze on her. She would have been in discomfort if she didn't know the man, but she did. He was her uncle, although most people didn't know that, it wasn't a secret, just something that they didn't talk about.

Jace's body tended slightly as he noticed the man staring, although he knew it was his job, he hates the way the man was looking at his Riele. He subconsciously walked closer to the celebrity, throwing his arm over her shoulder protectively. His right arm in his pocket, the hickies on his neck was the last thing on his mind, he had forgotten that he had even had sex. He watched as Riele's face relaxed, scooting closer into his embrace. "Why'd you do that." She asked, referring to the arm that belonged to the blond. She didn't understand why he was being so calm around her even after what she had did.

Jace just shrugged lazily, knowing if he told her why he did it, then she would know his true feelings for her. "I'm sorry about earlier. I was being a dick." He retracted his arm from her shoulder when they made it pass the guards, he peered down at the ground, stiffly kicking a rock hat was setting on the grey concrete. The luscious scent of vanilla filled his nostrils, he knew that scent belonged to the dazzling goddess next to him, her lips twisted into a small smile. "Sorry bout' kicking your ass." She joked, although she was truthfully sorry, obvious remorse filled her voice.

A smile crept onto the male's face, his body was slightly closer to Riele's, his heart beating out of his chest, "I deserved it" he responded. He was falling for her, he couldn't help it. What sucked was that she would never feel the same, he knew that. Or at least he thought he did. She turned to him, her feet stopping in her tracks, a smile planted in her face, her skin heating up. An unnoticeable blush was brushed across her face. Jace stopped walking just like she did, his eyes meeting hers. As if it was planned, they both leaned forward, both of their hearts beating at an unsteady pace, his eyes flickering up and down from her lips to her eyes, silently asking to kiss her.

Their lips almost meeting, until fate decided that it wasn't their time, squealing filled the quiet outdoors, causing the two to pull away, their eyes meeting with a group of fangirls who looked to be high schoolers. "Omg! I'm your biggest fan!" A blonde girl spoke up, her blue eyes shining in amusement, her pupils widen and her breathing became hard to maintain. She fought the urge to cry seeing as she was faced with her idol, Riele was lost for words, she didn't know what to say seeing as if the girl hadn't show up then she would have ended up kissing Jace.

The two refused to look at each other, they had a small chat with the fangirls and took pictures with them. Before both of them separated, making their way to their cars.
