The episode starts with naira going inside the room where kartik was shifted ,she starts talking with unconscious kartik with tears in her eyes, she say baby tumne aise kyu kiya woh goli mere liye thi,tum beech main kyu aye agar tumhe kuch hogaya toh main khudko kabhi maaf nahi kerpaungi, please baby jaldi se uthke mujhe apni baho main lelo please baby,her one tear fell on kartik's hand and her opened his eyes and said weakly jaan main theek hoon,tum please mat to main tumare ankho main aasu nahi dhekh sakta,naira helped kartik to sit then sara and nick entered and sara just hugged her brother and scolded him,naira went aww on them as they were looking very cute, then nick came and asked kartik about hi wellbeing and then said thanks kartik for saving my sister,kartik said welcome bro I can do anything for her,nick said so you love my sister,kaira and sara were shocked that how did he know,naira said bhai how did you know about us, nick said naira when kartik got shot you shouted and called him jaan then I got to know and I was shocked to know that my sister had a boyfriend but never told me ,I was angry at first but seeing you that kartik risked his own life to save you and then you rushed him to the hospital and not eating anything till he gets conscious,my anger vanished that you both love each other unconditionally,by they naira nice choice, bhai what do you mean by nice choice he is the best choice,nick said oh is it ,naira said yes bhai, nick said naira ab kuchh kha le ab to Tumhara kartik bi hosh mein agaya ab woh theek hai,naira said bhee main kaartik ke saath khaoongi,nick said aye hayye meri bhen itni romantic hai mujhe to pata hi nahi tha,naira said kya bhai ap bi na (blushed),kartik said hayye meri jaan blushing haan,naira said baby kya bhai ke samne 🙈🙈🙈🙈,while sara went to call the doctor,doctor came and checked kartik and said he has to stay for 2-3 days in the hospital,and said only one person can stay with the patient, and left ,naira said bhai mere sweet bhai (adding more butter) please let me stay here with kartik please bhai (making a cute face),nick said lakin sara ,sara said bhaiya nairu is right as only she can handle bhai, if I stay here me and bhai will fight,even in university when me and bhai fight nairu stops our fight ,so bhaiya please nairu ko yaha rehne do,nick sai ok fine naira tum yaha raho , lakin kal subha main aounga kyuki mujhe kartik se kuch baate kerni hai,naira said ok bhai, then nick and sara left,then naira and kartik talked on random stuffs ,then naira made kartik sleep and went to sleep on the couch.
