She-Wolf

Chapter 3

Then he remembers what he read in the news paper, he most likely has been doing this to her all of her life and her mother sitting on the couch has been through it enough that she ignores it.  Figuring this out Harry's rage becomes to unbearable so he leaves the window and goes to the back door and breaking the lock opens it.  He intently grabs the man by his throat and slam him against the wall and he looks at the she-wolf he says "you must be hungry go get something to eat then we will go". Then turning back to the man who is her father he says "you have no right to beat a female let alone one of my kind I will bring this up to my father and let him decide if you should live or not".

She just stares at him in shock and he can see the fear in her eyes and he just takes a deep breath before telling her again to go eat.  She gets up and runs to the kitchen and eats all the meat out of the fridge and heats up the meat in the freezer then before he can say anything else she just runs out of the house.  He continues to hold her father to the wall "and she is to scared of me to even thank me" he basically growls at the man and gets amused when he sees fear in the old man's eyes.  Then he puts the man down and leaves the house himself hearing the man yell "you are useless woman you could have at lease asked him not to kill me or threaten to call the Police".

He almost turns around to kill the man, but his main focus is for the poor girl frightened at the world knowing this is not going to be easy.  He just followed her sent and found her hiding behind a tree looking scared as can be after all she is even shaking so badly that he can see it easily.  He goes from four legs to standing on his two hind legs putting his hands in the air were she can easily see them "I am not here to hurt you, I know you probably don't trust me, but that is the truth.  I know your name is Covelina I am Harry it is nice to meet you I know only what this paper says about you and we both know it is not all true.

He held out the paper glade he had decided to keep it to give to her in case she may want to see it and very slowly he puts it on the ground and walks away from it.  He walks about three yards away from it turns around and sits down and makes himself comfortable and can't help but watch her as she slowly walks around the tree she was hiding behind.  She walks over to the paper clearly she has yet to read it and picks it up and takes a few steps away from him watching him the hole time.  Then she looked at the paper and her face told him just as he had thought not everything was true then she whispered "Jasmine is the one who yelled not me.  Why would I kill them that just makes no sense if I wanted them dead they would be dead already me being this changes nothing other than making it more difficult I guess."

Then she looks at him he is just sitting there still watching her with an amused look in his eyes then he sniffs the air and the amusement is gone and is replaced by worry.  "Humans are coming we should get a move on unless you want to go back I will not stop you although I don't see why you would want too."

"I have no intent on going back and I have no intent on following you so you can just go do what you want I will take care of myself."  She tried to sound convincing and to her dismay it didn't work as he just laughed and shook his head at her then stood up.

"I don't want you to follow me I am going to follow you I am not used to this area like you are and I don't know were cover is so it would be stupid for me to lead and I want you to trust me.  So lead the way or we will be found here," he said taking a step toward her making her take a step back then she turns around and runs trying to out run him.  To her surprise he easily stayed right behind her after all she is used to being faster than anyone for she has some experience running away from bullies at school.  She got to the stream and started down river that way she didn't have to fight the current instead it would help her go faster it is something that she learned as a little girl running from her father.

After being in the river for a few minutes she turned left and ran through the forest until she got to a little cave that she got into with no problem.  The thing is though that Harry is bigger than Cavelina and he barely fit through the opening and they stayed there for a while he noticed it was a natural cave.  Although it is clear some of it was dug out "did you dig out this part of the cave?" he asked while trying to stay on his side so to make her feel a little better.

She glared at him for a while than answered him "I found this little cave when I was young and I thought about staying here, but I didn't know how to hunt or anything so I decided I would be better of there.  When I became this the first thing I did was come back here to find it to small so yea I dug some dirt out making it big enough for me to be comfortable laying down.  I never meant for it to become a hide out for some one else other than me"  She just looked out of the opening and was clearly trying to hear if anything is coming so he checks then decides they are safe.

So he turns to her "well we are safe for now so tell me what all did they got wrong in the paper?" again he has that smug look on his face.  Although seeing it made her happier that in turn just made her annoyed because of the affects he has on her made her suspicious of him.  After all males just want one thing and she wants more than that she wanted a man who would respect her and want to spend his life with her.  Although she "knows" she will never meet a man like that for she is to ugly and to broken from words that her father said to her over all of the years.

"I didn't yell at my hand  I was listening to my teacher so he had my full focus so I didn't even notice until Jasmine who sits right next to me screamed and that is when I noticed the changes and ran of.  I also have no desire to kill any one, yea sure I would like to beat them up for what they did to me, but not kill them."

ok sorry for the long wait I moved and then I lost my notebooks I am also tending to a lot of  animals and babysiting my boyfriends grandma because of her health issues I am hopping to get back to this a little more, but I can't promise it.   Thank you all for reading and I hope this story works out like I think it will and thanks for being patient and hope you continue to read and vote and comment!
