New Student

Chapter 3

I just had a sudden urge to write so here is the next chapter!

When we started getting closer to a classroom Anne spoke up, "I'll introduce you to all the students in our class!" We walked into the classroom, it was big and there were posters all over.

"Ew, I forgot Henry was in this class." She rolled her eyes. Then Henry started walked toward us, I had a bad feeling about this. "Hey new girl, what are you doing hanging out with a rat?" Anne walked in front of me, "Calling me a rat? Look at you!"

She grabbed a paper out of the recycling bin and threw it, "Fetch the cheese, rat!" They just continued to argue back and forth. I had to do something.

"STOP!"

Everyone in the class stared at me. Then the teacher gave me a disappointed look, "Cathrine Parr, you're new here and you're already yelling. Do it again and you'll be sent to the principal." I looked down at my feet. "I'm so sorry ma'am, I won't do that again."

Great, my first day at a new school and I somehow managed to screw it up! I should have just stayed quiet. I sat in my chair and hid my face in my hair.
"Pst Cathy, I'm sorry.. Can I do anything to make it up to you..?" Anne whispered.

"Well maybe buy me a book.." I said, jokingly. "Okay then!" What she said yes?! "Wait what? You're actually gonna do it?" I was just joking, I didn't think she would agree. "Yeah of course-"

Before I could protest the teacher cut in, sounding rather annoyed, "Anne Boleyn, seems like you're very into this lesson, why don't you answer it?"
"Oh why yes! But could you tell me the question again..?"

She sighed "Yes, what is the square root of a circle equivalent to?" (A/N: I just thought of a random question and googled the answer) "Oh! The square root of a circle is equivalent to \sqrt{r 2 } = r."

Wow, and she's smart too, she really is the whole package! No Parr, stop it! Don't think like this these are the same thoughts that made people hate you!

Anne turned around and made a smug smile and Henry.

Hours later...

"Finally! Lunch time! So Cathy, are you buying lunch?" Anne questioned after class was over. We found out we had the same classes, what a nice coincidence, I get to spend the whole day with the prettiest girl I've ever seen!

"No, my mom usually packs it for me." Her face lit up after I said that, "Oooh~ What did you get?" I smiled at her "A salad with chicken, nuggets, cherries, and a juice box." She looked shocked. "Wow! My parents would never take time to make me an amazing lunch." She pouted.

"Oh.. did you pack your own?" She shook her head, "Nope, Jane's mom packed it for me." She replied, popping the p. "Oh, so your parents know each other?" "Well yeah, we're cousins, as well as me and kitty." She smiled. "Oh! So all three of you are cousins!" That explains her letting Kitty call her Annie, "Mhm!" She nodded.

Suddenly a pair of hands rested on my shoulder and a voice yelled right in my ear, "Hi guys!!" "Kitty you just yelled in my ear!" Kitty's smile transitioned into a frown, "Sowwy." She pulled the cat ears on her headband down, making it seem like she was sad.

"It's fine, I'm just gonna go get a cup of water."
I stood up and walked towards the water. But then I felt a a pair of bulky hand grab into me and the next thing I knew I was on the ground, my cup of water spilling all over the floor. I looked down at my knees and they were bruised.

"Hey shrimp"

So, I changed the writing up a bit!

For some reason I feel like this chapter was really short, maybe because I didn't add as many paragraphs.
