*Noctune op. 9 no. 2* Playing...

6:30 am and he's not yet awake. Seriously? I pause the music and start taking my way up to his room. I rolled my eyes when I saw him looks like a lumpia. Giniginaw na pala hindi pa magpatay ng AC. Lumapit ako sa night stand niya at kinuha ang remote ng AC to turn it off. I opened his curtains to let the faint light go through.

"Wake up, sleepy head." I tapped his cheeks to wake him up. He groaned and turn his back on me. Ha! Pag ito iniwan ko.

I sat down beside him and put my feet at his back and with full force, I kicked him.

"What the freaking hell!" He looks like a lumpia that fell down on the floor. I laughed hard when his face turned red because of annoyance.

"Are you awake now, sleepy head?" Inirapan niya ako while he is struggling to make his way out of that blanket.

"You look like a lumpia" I commented. Pinaalis niya ako sa kama dahil aayusin na niya yun kaya umupo ako sa sofa niya sa kwarto.

"Are you hungry, Riel? And you want to eat me?" he smirked and put his face closer to mine.

"You're not yummy at all, Caleb. Dalian mo, my class is at 7:00 am and it's already 6:45!" tatawa-tawa siyang pumasok sa CR.

I checked my phone while waiting for him. He's impossibly fast actually kaya I know na hindi naman ako malelate dahil may grace period pa. I put my earphones on and play back the music I paused kanina.

I go through my messages to check if they are already in the University. Well, panigurado nandun na sila. They are staying in the University's dormitory. Nilagay ko na yung phone ko sa bag nang lumabas si Caleb sa CR. He's not yet done. Nakabukas pa yung polo niya at nakasalpak pa sa bibig niya yung toothbrush niya.

He smiled at me and I smiled back.

"I'll wait for you downstairs. 6:55 na, Cal." Tumango siya at binutones na ang polo niya.

I don't know what came up to his mind bakit biglang lumipat yung isang yun sa Univeristy na pinapasukan ko.

*cellphone ringing*

"Hello?" I said the moment answered the phone.

[Hello Riel!!!!!] And here comes the choral group.

"Infairness, may harmony. Masakit lang sa tenga. Good morning" I heard their laughter that made me miss them even more. Masama akong tumingin kay Caleb na pababa ng hagdan. It's already 7 am. Papasok pa ba ako sa first class ko or what?

"See you later" pinatay ko ang tawag at sumunod na kay Caleb na palabas ng bahay.

"We'll use my motorcycle" proud niyang pinakita sa akin ang susi ni Nyx, that's the name of his motorcycle.

"Gaano ka kaadik? Sa kabilang kanto lang yung University" pero hindi niya ako pinansin at sumakay na sa motor niya.

"I thought you're late?" tumango ako at sumakay na rin.

7:06 kami na karating sa school thanks to Nyx.

"Ano oras vacant mo?" I checked my sched bago ko siya tignan ulit.

"11:00" and he checked his too and he smiled like he won the lottery.

"Same!" sinabayan na niya ako maglakad papasok. I toured him already nung enrollment kaya hindi naman na siya maliligaw dito.
