"Did you fight him? Is that why you have a black eye?" I ask, standing up to pull the food out of the oven.
"I started the fight, and kaido hit me back, so Akashi stepped in and completely beat the shit out of him. I think Kaido is in the hospital. Are you mad?" She asks carefully, trying to calm down.
I pause for a moment.
"Before I answer that question, I'm going to ask you a question." I start.
"When he was making those sexist jokes, is that what bothered you, or was it the muffins that set you off?" I ask.
"Well ok, so I didn't even care that he took my muffins, it was that when he did so, he said 'i bet a fat ass like you isn't even going to need these.' And that's what set me off." She clenches her fists, angry.
"Ok, I'm not siding with Kaido, I just want to understand to big picture before I react. When you and Akashi bicker, he calls you a fatass and it doesn't seem to bother you. How is that any different. Again, I'm not implying that you had no right to flip your lid, I just want to get as much information as I can." I lean against the counter.
"Because Akashi is my brother! We're supposed to bicker and bully eachother. It's ok when Akashi does it because I know he doesn't mean it, and never will. When Akashi does it, it's just to get a rise out of me, but when Kaido did it, I could tell that he meant it." Kiyoka explains.
"Ah ok. Thank you for confirming." I sigh. I pause for a minute, thinking.
"You're gonna get a call from the school. It's why Akashi isn't home. They're giving him a months detention. You never answered my question." She adds. I glance at Emai, noticing she seems perplexed by my calm nature.
"No I'm not angry." I sigh. My phone vibrates with a call from an unknown number.
"Hey Emai, an I use you as a witness for something?" I ask the raven haired woman.
"Oh yes that's completely fine." She tells me as she scribbles in a notebook.
I record the conversation, putting it on speaker.
"Hello, is this mr. bakugo?" The woman asks.
"Yes, this is him." I gently pick at my piercings.
"Yes, this is the principle of the highschool calling, are you aware that your son made aggressive actions against another student?" She asks.
"Yes I'm well aware. Are you aware though, that the reason he made those aggressive actions, was because the student in question was sexually harassing his little sister and commenting on her weight?" I ask.
"Yes we are well aware of that. Your son put the boy in a hospital. I suggest you reprimand him for his actions, or we will have to expel not only him, but your daughter as well for starting the fight." Her tone comes off as incredibly rude.
"Do it."
"Excuse me?" She gasps.
Emai's eyes widen.
"Go ahead. Expel them. I will not reprimand them for something they are clearly in the right for. Granted I will be disciplining him for taking it too far, but other than that, nothing will be happening. So if you really feel like my parenting is such a problem, go ahead, expel them." I rub my eyes.
The woman is silent.
"Is he allowed to leave, or do I have to pick him up?" I ask.
"You are going to have to pick him up. Both of your children will be expelled as of next week." She then hangs up.
Kiyoka turns to me.
"Are you angry now?" She asks quietly.
"At her, yes." I grab my keys and my phone.
"Why aren't you angry at us for the fight?" She presses.
"Because the shit you guys get up to is kittens play compared to what I used to do. I just don't like how grandma raised me with violence and instilling fear as discipline. Shall we go bust your brother out?" I snort.
"Emai, how about we do this another night?" I ask.
"Of course, just let me know when you're free." She smiles and scurries out of the house.
Kiyoka and I slip on our shoes and head over to the school.
We walk inside, and Kiyoka silently leads me to the office.
The secretary stand up, terrified.
"Mr. bakugo I- um this way." She says meekly.
Kiyoka smacks my arm.
"Can you like, not have such a murderous gleam in your eyes?" She jokes.
"Oh sorry, was my annoyance that obvious?" I snort. The secretary glances at me with a nervous look as she pushes through a door.
I see Akashi sitting there with an angry and defiant look on his face. His knuckles are cracked, bloody, and horribly bruised. Blood trickles slowly out of the cuts. The principal stands with her arms crossed, two very angry parents. Akashi frustratedly tries to wrap his wounded hands, so I snatch the gauze from him, then begin to clean his wounds. I wrap his hands as I used to when I got into fight when I was younger.
I sign the papers then glance up at the parents. The mother is blushing feverishly, and the father I've giving me a death glare. I smirk, shooting Akashi and Kiyoka a knowing glance. They bother try their best not to bust out laughing.
I sign the consent papers that allow Akashi to be expelled, knowing my carefree attitude is pissing the father off.
"Mr. Bakugo. You do understand that this is no laughing matter. Both of your kids are being expelled." The principal snaps, obviously flustered.
"Listen, doll, I don't care. What these two just did, is nothing compared to what I got up to at their age. You're making a big deal out of one fight. Cuts and bruises will heal." I roll my eyes.
"I'll send iss after you." She threatens.
"Go ahead. Have fun finding out that they won't do anything." I snicker.
"Is this really that one porn guy you were telling me about?" I hear the husband whisper to the wife, who flushes red and nods.
"Are we done here? I've got a job I've got to go do, but before that, I've got to cook these two dinner." I sigh.
Some sort of odd lust deepens in the woman's eyes, that almost makes me snicker. The principal get more flustered at the mention of my job, then dismisses all of us. The husband and the woman leave first.
The woman looks overly disappointed at leaving.
