Lauren woke up from her long nap around 5 o'clock, her phone ring bringing her out of the slumber. She accepted the call, bringing it up to her ear.

[Lauren] [Camila]

"Hello?"
Lauren rasped, still recovering from her nap.

"Lo, were you still sleeping? You do know you have to leave for the airport in about three hours right?! And knowing you, you won't be fully done with your packing either, am I right?"
Camila knowing her friend very well, pointed out the obvious.
Lauren sighed, looking around her room, already dreading the packing process she was yet to finish.

"Yeah yeah, you are right. Camz could you please come over and help with it? Pretty please?"
The green eyed girl pleaded, although she had a feeling Camila was going to come over and help either ways.

"I'm already in my car. See you soon, bye."

Lauren mumbled her 'goodbye' and ended the call. She got up and walked over to her bathroom, to wash her drowsiness from the nap off.

After washing the sleep off of her face, she grabbed her toiletries before letting herself out of the bathroom. Lauren grabbed her half filled suitcase and placed it on her bed with minimum to no struggle.

As she was unzipping the suitcase, the ring of the doorbell was heard downstairs, followed by the door opening. The brunette assumed it was the other Cuban so she continued to pack.

She went into the closet to grab a few jackets, as it was the month of December and it would be the season of winter wonderland in Paris.

Lauren loved the cold. She loved everything about winter; from the hot chocolate to the pleasant Miami coldness.

Grabbing a few of her favourite sweaters and mittens, she turned her closest's lights off and walked back into her bedroom. Whilst Lauren was adjusting the clothes in her hand, she heard the sound of her room's door opening up.

Assuming it was Camila, she called out, still managing the clothing articles,
"Camz, could you please—" the green eyed girl looked up but stopped mid-sentence when she realized it wasn't her ex bandmate that had entered.

"Keana."

Upon seeing her best friend, that had oh so betrayed and lied to her, Lauren was furious and upset.

"I'm sorry La—" Keana began, but was instantly cut off by the green eyed girl when she raised her hand, signalling her to stop.

"No. Get out." Lauren demanded. But the brunette actress wasn't ready to lose another best friend of hers. So, she stayed her ground, waiting to get a chance to speak.

Them being best friends ever since high school, Keana could see clearly through Lauren, no matter how many walls the younger girl had built.
And right now, she could clearly see how much the heartbroken girl in front of her needed a simple hug.

Taking a step closer, she brought the singer into a tight hug. Lauren resisted all she could, attempting to push the other girl away, but eventually broke down and cried on her best friend's shoulder. She had lost the count of how many times she had cried by now.

Keana softly stroked her friend's back, soothing her sobs to the best she could. It was hurting her on the inside to see her best friend this broken, but Keana also knew she was at fault too.
