"What the hell did you do? Did you freaking murder those guys or something?" She shouted in disbelief as she stared at the blood splatters staining the stone pavement lining her pool.

They were now in her backyard, assessing the damages her friends had made in their drug-induced stupor, right after Julian had told her everything that happened the other night.

He let out an amused chuckle, noticing how she still kept herself a little further away from him, careful not to find herself within his reach after what had just happened in his room. He had confessed his fascination towards her and now she was practically running away from him like a scared little mouse.

"Almost," She heard him say, only now noticing the bandages covering his knuckles as soon as she turned to the side to give him a look.

"My god...My mom will fucking oblitherate me!" She groaned in complaint, slapping a hand over her forehead as she then turned around and headed inside her home, going straight towards their cleaning supply closet whilst Julian quietly followed.

"By the way...Why are you still living with them? You're already twenty, you're going to that fancy college and it's not like you don't have the money to just move out or even live in that freaking campus," He casually said as he helped her get out a bucket then filled it with the chemical bottles and sponges she had previously taken out, carrying them out and by the pool as she simply followed.

"I don't know...I guess I'm just so used to being momma's little precious girl, always safe and protected," She answered with a shrug as she watched him fill the bucket with some water straight from the pool.

"Obviously not that safe," He pointed out as he looked at the dark red splatters, the girl's gaze momentarily shifting somewhere to the side, giving out a sigh as she obviously still felt so stupid after everything that had happened.

She had so foolishly put herself into danger, and what for? Just so a bunch of assholes would still pretend to be friends with her while making fun of her at the same time?

"Thank you..." She lastly found herself saying with such a quiet voice as she knelt over the stone pavement as well, his dark blue eyes immediately finding hers as they were now at the same level.

"What for?"

"For saving me from those assholes, multiple times," She nervously bit her lip as she said it, watching him give her a cute smile.

"Yeah, don't mention it,"

"Anything for my little enchantress," He told her with a wink, the girl immediately feeling her cheeks burning as she reminisced that moment between them in his room.

And with an exhale, she grabbed a sponge as well as together they started cleaning up the bloodstains.

"Wooh...Boy I'm spent!" She moaned, feeling his t-shirt cling to her damp skin as she threw herself over the couch to catch her breath while Julian chose to take a seat over the cream-colored fluffy rug.

They had sweeped around the living room as well, cleaning up jizz stains, wine stains, you name it.

It seemed like her friends had really done a number on her home.

Fucking horny mongrels.

She cursed under her breath as she panted in heat, still sweating so profusely after that thorough cleaning session.

"Come on, let's cool down a little bit," She told him with a smile, earning nothing but a confused stare from the male.

"What?"

"Come on!" She beckoned him with a giggle, moving to stand up from the couch.

And before he could even realize what she was talking about she ran through the widely-open double sliding doors and straight towards the pool, jumping into the warm water with a squeal.

Letting out an amused chuckle as he watched her sink, he only took off his tank top and threw it aside before following suit.

Keeping her eyelids closed, she let her body slowly submerge until her bare feet touched the tiled floor, letting herself enjoy that flowing sensation for a few seconds.

Feeling the need to take a breath of air she opened her eyelids and pushed herself upwards and to the surface, barely having the time to notice the tattooed rippling abdomen and chest right in front of her before her eyes met those dark blue ones.

She audibly gasped, taking in a deep breath of air as she gazed right back at him, lost into a silent and calm trance as she dared admire every feature and every tiny little detail of his face.

That visible and jagged scar in the middle of his left eyebrow, those tiny strips of darker blue surrounding his pupils, his average-sized straight nose and lastly, his soft pink, not too thick but not too thin either luscious lips, all enhanced by his flawless light skin tone.

She watched how his deep gaze roamed all over her features as well, expressing a small frown as if trying to decipher what was going through her mind.

"I don't want to be afraid..." She so sincerely told him as she peered into his eyes, nervously biting her lip.

Even though she barely knew him, not once did he actually hurt her...Unlike her own friends whom she thought to be trustworthy.

"Then don't be," He told her with a warm and sweet smile, daringly stretching his arm out and gingerly wrapped it around her waist, pulling her closer like he so wished to do from a while ago yet not failing to also notice the way her cheeks turned so rosy whilst her palms moved to rest against his chest.

And with a single, lust-filled look his lips descended upon hers, moving into a heated and passionate kiss as he held her close...
