She's fairly straightforward and just calls you babe most of the time, but when she gets tired or especially affectionate, she'll call you darling. You call her Addy pretty much all the time, and Red when you're teasing her.
Lexie:
She's so adorable and calls you so many cute nicknames, but the one she says the most is baby. You call her sunshine, because, let's face it, if anyone was a human embodiment of actually sunlight, it was Lexie Grey.
Arizona:
She calls you Dr Y/L/N a lot of the time just because she knows it turns you on. You call her sweetheart because she just melts when you do.
April:
She's such a romantic and calls you my love, and you can't help but smile every time she does. You call her princess, something you used to call her when you guys were just friends, teasing her.
Amelia:
Your relationship is very goofy and fun, so she calls you dummy and doofus a lot of the time. You call her Amy, superwoman and love.
