Chapter 2

When i say my jaw dropped.

She didn't even seem that interested. Maybe she's just looking for a new friend?

Anyway, i gotta get back to work, a few people came in.

~The next day~

Another day of school. My best friend Wheein makes it bearable. We have known each other for as long as we can remember. I love that girl to the moon and back.

I told her all about that woman at the cafe. She kinda cringed at few parts of the story but was also hyping me up. She said to text her since she's probably at school as well and i agreed to the idea.

And so sent her a text

"Hey! Its Y/N. You left me your number... Are you at school now?"
I sent the text swallowing my anxiety.

Wheein was bouncing around next to me which made me feel at ease.

I felt someone poke my shoulder...
I turned around and almost fell.

Moonbyul was standing behind me.

Sooo many things were running through my mind. Mostly just thinking do we really go to the same school with a side of gay panic.

"Im at school just like you as you may see" Moonbyul said while smirking.

"Oh hi! Are you Moonbyul?" Wheein asked looking a little surprised.

"Yup, thats me" Moonbyul said with a warm smile streaching her hand out for a handshake.

Wheein shook her hand and introduced herself while i was in the background trying to process everything.

"But we don't go to any of the same classes, do we?" i finally said.

"Actually, we do. You are just so in your own bubble with Wheein that you never have noticed me. It's understandable though, i sit right at the back corner while you sit in the front." Moonbyul said looking like she's searching for something or someone.

I was so confused. How have i not seen her before? But then again, Wheein is probably one of the only people i know in this whole school because i havent ever tried to make friends. I always thought that i didn't need new friends if i have such an awsome bestie like Wheein.

"Woow okay, so wanna go to lunch or something together with us?" i boldly said without seeing what Wheein thinks of it. It's fine though, she probably understands.

"Yeah sure i just gotta... Oh, there she is! Hey, im over here!" Moonbyul yells to someone across the hall.

I watch the person come closer and i see it's a woman. Probably one of Moonbyul's friends.

"Meet Hwasa, my best friend. This is Y/N and Wheein." Moonbyul excitedly said while pointing at each of us accordingly.

We shook Hwasa's hand as she introduced herself. She seems like a very nice woman. She's very beautiful and fierce looking. Love it.

Wheein was a bit zoned out when Hwasa was coming over but now she has her eyes glued on her as she introduces herself. Strange behavior for her.

"So, lunch?" Moonbyul asked looking at each of us for approval.

We all nodded, Hwasa was a bit zoned out as well but quickly nodded as she understood what was happening.

And so we all headed for lunch.
