Chapter 9

Shen Wei stares at her watch on her wrist. It's already 2.15 a.m. She needs to go back home now. Or else, she will change to a guy after less than 3 hours soon. She rises from her laying at the side of a sleeping Zhao Yunlan. She looks on the sky. It's getting dark now without the moonlight on that night. The fireworks sparkle that Zhao Yunlan prepared for their love anniversary was already gone. Shen Wei leans at her side and she tried to wake up Zhao Yunlan to send her home.

''Yunlan, please wake up and send me home now,'' Shen Wei called while caressing her lover's face.

''Xiao Wei, why not we just sleep at here?'' Zhao Yunlan requested.

''But Yunlan, it's a lot of mosquitoes at here. Let's go home now and find our comfortable beds to sleep,'' Shen Wei tried to convince as she didn't want to change to a guy in front of Zhao Yunlan soon.

''Come here, my love! I will hold you and prevent the mosquitoes from biting you, okay?'' Zhao Yunlan persuaded back.

Shen Wei sighs. It's not like they never sleep together and face the mosquitoes on that university rooftop. But now, it's different as Shen Wei has that a problem of changing her body to be a guy at 5 a.m. soon. That's why she keeps convincing on Zhao Yunlan to send her home. Unknowingly to her that Zhao Yunlan has plan something for them to her stay with him while Lin is observing all the cctv in that university including on the rooftop.

''Yunlan, please... Let's go home now. I am freeze to die at here,'' Shen Wei whined as she trying to convince again.

Zhao Yunlan pulls Shen Wei to his embrace making Shen Wei falls on his broad chest and he wraps his both arms on that girl's back body.

''I will not let you freeze to die,'' Zhao Yunlan said while heating the body of his lover.

Shen Wei swallows to feel those hands slowly snaking inside her blouse. She quickly holds those hands and pushes Zhao Yunlan from her.

''We are still not married, Yunlan! Please behave,'' Shen Wei reminded and she grabs her own jacket on the floor.

Upon seeing Shen Wei grabbed that jacket and wanted to stand up, Zhao Yunlan rises up and holds Shen Wei's hand.

''Where are you going?'' Zhao Yunlan asked with frowning.

''Back home! If you want to sleep at here, it's fine. I can walk home or find a late taxi,'' Shen Wei said while wearing back her jacket and he grabs her handbag.

''No taxi at this time. And I will not allow you to walk home alone. It's dangerous for a girl like you to walk alone on the night,'' Zhao Yunlan replied.

''How am I supposed to do? You didn't want to send me home,'' Shen Wei whined.

''Alright, alright! I will send you home. Wait for me. I clean this first,'' Zhao Yunlan defeated while cleaning the floor from their anniversary celebration.

Shen Wei helps Zhao Yunlan for that cleaning and she brings that plastic of garbage to the dustbin on the rooftop. Zhao Yunlan used that chance to contact on Lin to proceed the next step. Luckily, Lin didn't fall to his sleep and he quickly standby for the next step. As Shen Wei is back, Zhao Yunlan wraps his arm on Shen Wei's waist and they walk to the stairs before they enter into the elevator to go down.

''Thanks, Yunlan!'' Shen Wei said.

But before Zhao Yunlan can reply to Shen Wei's thank, suddenly the elevator is broken down. The light in the elevator kept flickering and finally turned off. Shen Wei holds tight on Zhao Yunlan for her scare to stay in the dark in that elevator. Zhao Yunlan smiles to feel that hold on his body. He pulls out his phone and tried to send a text to Lin, but no line coverage in that elevator. Shen Wei's phone also lost the line coverage.
