Krownest

Clan Wren Stronghold

Ursa and Alrich's Room

20 BBY

It was dawn on Krownest. The snow clouds hung across the sky over the stronghold. The sun lightly gleams through them as snow fell it's shine hitting the stronghold.

The Room of both count and countess of Clan Wren was something to behold with its unique style and furniture housing rare objects along with the cabinet which contained the armor and vambraces of the two lovers even though Alrich fights with his art as well he does have the skills. The sunlight gleamed into the bedroom via the window. The lights in the room were a little dim when it came half the shine hitting the pillows where Ursa and Alrich rested their heads.

Alrich stirred lightly slowly opening his eyes looking up to see the sunlight pouring from the window lightly shielding his eyes a little bit still waking up. He straightened himself a bit whilst he layed on his side turning his gaze and smiles at the slumbering sight of Ursa sleeping peacefully with one hand under her pillow whilst the other was right where they left it. Alrich then placed his hand on top of hers gently rubbing it. Ursa stirred a bit feeling Alrich rubbing her hand then she felt something rub her cheek lightly then she grabbed it fast feeling it to be a hand but she knew this hand all too well and who it belongs to. She ran her fingers to the palm and grasped it humming lightly smiling then opened her eyes to see the smiling face of Alrich looking at her.

"Good Morning.", Ursa said to Alrich.  "Good morning.", Alrich said brushing her cheek in soft caress. Ursa gave a light smile to her husband and turned her head to kiss Alrich's palm and moved to rest her forehead with his together. " are you alright?", Alrich asked with concern, "I'm okay.", Ursa said. Ursa still saw concern in his face. She looked down a little bit and closed her eyes taking a deep breath. She felt the mattress shift due to Alrich scooting forward and also raising up and she looked up to meet his gaze. Ursa moved up almost closing the gap, "I've missed you.", Ursa said and felt Alrich place his hands on her cheeks rubbing them softly then leaned in to lay on his chest then he pecked her forehead. "I missed all three of you", Ursa said.

Ursa leaned to hug her husband then he responded with the same then rubbed her back to sooth her. She may be a warrior but she was also not devoid of anything. She was a normal being. Also a wife and a mother.

Tears lightly shed from her eyes onto her cheeks as she smiled being safe and content in his arms. "You're here early.", Alrich said as he broke the silence. Ursa opened her eyes when she heard him ask that question the looked up to meet his eyes then pulled out slowly raising up the sheets falling off her torso leaving her white lace and yellow satin lined camisole top exposed  still watching looking at him. "What do you mean?", Ursa asked, "It's nothing bad, cyar'ika.", Alrich said as he raised himself up using his left arm to support himself. "I'm just surprised. That's all.", he said reassuring her. Ursa took a deep breath part of it filled with relief. She moved off of the bed and walked to Alrich's side of the bed. She held her left arm from behind her back as she sat down beside him on the edge. Alrich pulled himself up and sat beside her bringing his hand up placing it on her shoulder.

Ursa turned her head facing him staring into each other's eyes. "I wanted to take the risk.", Ursa said to Alrich, "I thought about it while I was in the camp and I wanted to come back 3 days earlier than our usual rendezvous so that we could have more time to be together. You, me, Sabine, and Tristan. I spoke to Bo about it and she agreed with my reasons even though she advised against some of it.", She confessed. Alrich lightly smiled for a quick second then he lowered his head as his expression changed back to concern and he looked at her again. "Does...", Alrich pauses a bit, "Does Pre Vizsla know?", he asked. "No. Thank goodness no. And I sure hope so.", Ursa reassured, "If all goes well Bo will tell him she sent me on a supply run and I would be out looking for them and be back in a week." "What supplies would you think that would be referring to?", Alrich asked. "Knowing him more incinerators, tanks, or worse.", Ursa said. She then took a deep breath and exhaled. "Things are getting worse in Death Watch," Ursa said to Alrich. "Pre?", Alrich asked. "All of it.", Ursa thought back to what happened on Carlac when he ordered... no made them burn the village there to the ground. He promised them their people even the chieftain's daughter back but like the way he was treating them he stabbed them in the back. Some of the people in Death Watch even Bo and her in private disagreed with the way he did things but how could they possibly attempt to stop it with the way Pre was acting right now? If he knew about what they were saying? If he walked by and overheard? If he found out? he would do worse than punish them. Much worse. Ursa cut off half the thoughts from her mind. "He's getting worse than ever.", Ursa said as she looked down and pursed her lips as she pressed her finger tips together with Alrich's hand on her shoulder. "It's okay. I'm here.", Alrich said reassuring her as she looked at him then both leaned in for a loving embrace with Alrich rubbing her back in soothing motions. They separated still in arms length her right hand on his neck with his caressing her cheek leaning forward pressing their foreheads together in a keldabe kiss.
