Chapter Two: A New Light is Shed

Everyone suddenly screams Pandora's name. "Pandora! Get out of there!", "Pandora! What are you doing?!", "Run Pandora!" But Pandora doesn't move. What am I going to do? She thinks, I'm going to die if I don't get out of here. Primus, what should I do? She shakes in fear in Megatron's towering form. Fight. She hears a voice. 'What' she whispers to herself. Fight, my child. Then, she runs between Megatron's legs. 

Quickly, she gets over to the mech suit and presses a button. From two little slots on the mech's legs, smaller versions of the sword and shield shoot out. She grabs them in midair, still shaken but a little more confident in protecting herself. Megatron crashes towards her, aiming his sword at her, but she dodges and starts climbing up his leg. She read a lot about techniques that all kinds of cybertronians use, hoping she could use them one day. Guess it's time to put that reading to use! She thinks. She climbs all the way to Megatron's shoulder and hits his helm with her shield, causing him to get a little dizzy. She then jumps off, backflipping onto the ground. It didn't work too well, because Megatron immediately sent his blade after her. She runs around his legs, trying to confuse him and hurt him in any way. It doesn't work though. He picks her up and throws her to the wall. Everyone gasps as she makes the impact. Pandora felt her body crumple into a hurting heap. This was ten times worse than being in the mech suit. She felt extremely hurt as she felt her ribs crack. She almost faints before she hears the voice again. Get up, my child. You can still fight. She gets up slowly, getting ready to fight once again.

Suddenly, something glowed from her chest. Pandora looks down, seeing her spark glow brighter than the sun. She saw her spark burn intensely, but felt that it was cool. Then, she felt her body be healed. Everything that hurt had felt relieved. Her body now covered in some sort of armor that shined a pure white and appeared ghostly compared to normal armor. She looks up, eyes shining like stars. Everyone is surprised by this new look on Pandora. Suddenly, Megatron thrusts his blade down to Pandora. Everyone gasps as a loud clang can be heard echoing throughout the arena. 

Blocking his sword, the now heavily plated shield that Pandora is holding stayed in shape as the pressure was building. Then, after a moment, she pushes Megatron's blade back. A force of wind blew through the arena, causing Pandora's hairstyle to blow out into a frenzy. After that burst, Pandora ran towards Megatron, ready to strike. His blade met hers causing another powerful blow of air. This swordplay went on for almost an hour until Pandora slipped. Because of this, Megatron was able to loom over her. She can't get up in time and tries to scoot away, but Megatron brings his pede down onto her left arm. She screams in agony as she hears her bones crush with her ghostly armor. Her armor disappears. Then, she looks up and sees Megatron bring his blade up, ready to deliver the final blow. This is it! Scrap, I'm gonna die! Pandora thinks as tears well up in her eyes, I don't want to die! Primus, please don't let this be the end! But it seems that there isn't any hope for her. She squeezes her eyes shut and waits for her death. Megatron thrusts the blade down onto Pandora.... Nothing but silence.

Duneslight is shocked at the sight. The kind of shock that broke his spark. His sparkmate, Whitesun, cried out and started sobbing, believing that their niece is dead. Duneslight shakes with rage and grief as he calls to a security mech.

"Yes, sir," says the white, blue, and red mech.

"Arrest that mech in the arena," Duneslight growls, "He killed our child."

The mech nods and comms for backup as he starts heading down to the arena.

"Wait! What's Megatron doing?!" someone in the crowd shouts. Duneslight looks down to see what the cybertronian was talking about.
