The "Mark Masa"

MARK'S POV

I must've lost my mind! What am I even doing here?!

I realized it's too late to back out now since all procedures for enrollment had been accomplished since last month. If the media would get a whiff of me backing out from university then another scandal would erupt. I can't afford another scandal.

What am I supposed to do again? Oh yeah! I have to meet P'Beam's boyfriend near the auditorium.

I'm starting to feel sweaty. I can feel my hands shaking a bit. My throat is dry and my stomach is churning. I can feel the start of my panic attack. I can feel my legs giving away. I tried leaning on the wall just to steady myself. Inhale! exhale! Inhale! exhale!

I have practiced the art of calming myself down with my breathing technique. Sometimes it worked, sometimes.. Well shit happens!

I walked searching for the auditorium when I've calmed myself down. P'Forth is exactly what my aunt Lien described him to be.

Tanned, tall and handsome. He looks kinda scary. Very intimidating indeed that I can't seem to look him in the eye. He's wearing a black shirt with the blue Engineering jacket which serves as the uniform for the seniors, dark jeans and dark boots. A total bad boy!

Next to him is my cousin P'Beam. I've met him during one of those boring family reunions last year. He caught my attention back then. He was beautiful and smart. I kept my distance back then since I'm not comfortable talking to people.

"Sawasdee khrub Phi" I waid to P'Beam and P'Forth.

"Nong Mark! It's nice to see you again! How are you?" P'Beam asked. I can tell that he's excited to see me. It made me smile a little.

"I'm fine P'."

"Mark this is Forth. He is your senior in Engineering." Beam introduced while glancing sweetly at the tall guy. "Babe this is Mark, my cousin."

Forth smiled at Beam before looking at me with cold eyes. He wrapped his arm around Beam's shoulder clearly displaying his possessiveness. "Nice to meet you Nong Mark!"

I gulped. Cleary he's not someone to mess around with. "Pleasure is all mine P'Forth!"

Beam laughed. He saw how scared I was with Forth. "Be nice!" He elbowed Forth in the stomach playfully. "Come on Mark. We will introduce you to someone."

We walked further to the field and entered a tent. I can see some bunk beds, first aid kits and a medicine cabinet. On the far end of the tent, I can see two men. One was wearing a doctor's gown while the other man who's wearing a red Engineering uniform, was apparently back hugging the other one.

"Get a room will you! We have a visitor!" Beam shouted. Forth just laughed when he saw that the both were startled by Beam's voice.

"Beam you fucker! I lost a life!" The one in the doctor's gown retorted.

"Kit you're a cat. You have nine lives. I'd like to introduce Nong Mark. This is my friend Doctor Kit and the other guy is your headhazer Mingkwan."

I waid to the two seniors. Kit is cute, a little on the smaller side. He has fair skin, pointy nose and thin lips. Yeah he resembles a cat, maybe that's why Beam likens him to a cat. Mingkwan on the other hand is worldly handsome. Nearly as handsome as P'Forth but he doesn't have the foreboding aura of the taller guy.

"OH MY GOSH!! I know you! You're Mark Masa right?!" Kit exclaimed excitedly. "You're the piano genius! I'm so happy to meet you! Can we take a selfie later?"

I can't help but laugh at P'Kit's reaction. I get it all the time. Being featured in TV have created a fanbase almost equal to a popular K-pop group. "Sure P'Kit! I'd be happy to."

"Aheeem!" the sound was coming from Mingkwan clearing his throat. He was shooting daggers at me, not liking how P'Kit was fanboying over me. "P'Kitkat keep it down! Have you forgotten your boyfriend?" He asked while pointing at himself. "So Nong 1st year right? You'll have your SOTUS on Monday. Are you prepared?" He asked with a hint of evil on his tone.

I gulped. For the nth time today I asked myself, WHAT THE FUCK HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO!

VEE'S POV

"I AM NOT A BABYSITTER!!"

WHAT THE FUCK! I can't believe I'm hearing this from Ming! Did he just ordered me to babysit somebody?! And the order was from P'Forth?!

"Dude it's not babysitting! P'Forth just asked this as a favor. He doesn't really wanna impose but he's loaded with lab works nowadays." Ming explained.

"Come on Ming! you know it's babysitting only I'll be watching over a freshman!"

"Vee, listen, I can't think of anybody else to do the job."

"There's Field?!"

"Field is a hot head. I can't let him handle this. P'Forth will kill me!"

"How about Bar?!"

"Nope! He won't be able to join SOTUS until the last two days. Doctor Gun kidnapped him to Japan." Ming answered referring to one of the famous couple in the university."

"Phan is there!"

"Too gay. It wont sit well for his fanbase."

"Fanbase? Is he some superstar?" I asked a little dumbfounded.

"Yup! Super popular! You can get a lot of girls when you hang around with him." Ming winked.

"As if I need a lot more! I'm already having problem as it is!"

"Oh yeah! How's it going with the two ladies who had a cat-fight because of you?" He asked with amusement referring to what happened in the bar last Friday night.

"Fuck you Ming!"

"Please Vee just for 2 weeks then we can all be free without P'Forth breathing down our necks!" Ming pleaded. As the head hazer, he answers directly to the senior head hazer.

"You owe me lunch for a month asshole!" Damn it!
