(Y/N Childhood) *Where Y/n is 12 and Sabo is 10*

A golden glow emanates from y/n's f/c curtains as the sun shines through them.
Grunting, Y/n rolls over in bed to find a more comfortable position. You hear someone knocking on your door.
"Y/n, it's time to wake up" a female voice says.
Y/n grunts louder.
"Fine..."
Y/N rubs his eyes as he gets up from bed.
"Mmmmm..." y/n grunts, tired. Walking to his f/c bedroom curtains, she opens them. Suddenly, she remembers that Sabo and her were going to hang out today, but he had to be sneaky about seeing Sabo since his father was very strict about who he could hang out with.
Y/n sighs.
"I really hate my dad..." Y/n mutters to himself.
(Skip to when Sabo and Y/n Hang out)
Sabo and you had been playing hide-and-seek for a while now.
"I'll find you Y/n" Sabo yelled laughing.
As you hid behind a tree, you couldn't help but giggle a bit. As Sabo heard your giggles, he decided to sneak up on you.
"Boo" Sabo yelled from behind y/n.
"Ahhhh" y/n shrieked. "Don't do that," y/n said as he puffed his cheeks.
"I'm sorry" Sabo said while rubbing the back of his neck.
As Y/n looks away from Sabo, his stomach rumbles. A blush of embarrassment spreads across his face. Sabo chuckles.
"Are you hungry y/n?" Sabo asked.
"M-Maybe" y/n blushed in embarrassment.
"I can buy the food" Sabo said rubbing the back of his neck smiling.
"Y-You can?" Y/n asked surprised.
"Yea" Sabo said.
In excitement, Y/n jumped up and down. Y/n hugs Sabo, who blushes at the gesture. Y/n releases Sabo and grabs his hand as he walks to a nearby food store. Inside, they find a place to sit.
When waiting for a waiter, Sabo says, "So- you haven't talked about your family much."
"Meh, my family isn't really that interesting... Says Y/n while rubbing the back of his neck.
"Okay.." Sabo mutters.
The waiter finally arrives. "Hello, I'll be serving you today, what would you like?"
Y/N replied, "I'd like f/f please"
"All I want is some water," Sabo said.
Their waiter leaves to get their food and drink.
"Just water, Sabo?" asked Y/n.
"Yeah, I'm not hungry," said Sabo.
"Okay then," y/n replied.
The waiter returned with Sabo's water and y/n f/f.
"Here you go" the waiter said.
In unison Sabo and y/n said, "Thank you"
Y/N begins eating his f/f, while Sabo drinks his water. Sabo smiles as he looks at Y/N.
(After y/n eats and Sabo drinks his water)
They leave after Sabo pays.
As he smiled, y/n said, "I really enjoyed today, Sabo". As he hugged Sabo, y/n said, "See you tomorrow.".
"See you!" Sabo said with a blush.
As soon as Y/N gets home, one of the maids greets him.
"Y/n, welcome home, your father wants to see you," the maid said as she opened the door for y/n.
"Okay," y/n replied as he stepped inside.
Y/n walked into her father's room and saw something that made him wide-eyed. There were two devil fruits on the desk. One had the power to make you do anything a dragon can do and the other one gave you the power to control 7 powers which were wind,earth,fire,water,light, Ice and darkness.
"Y/n, I want you to eat them", said your father.
He obeyed his father and ate the two devil fruits.
