It was the next day, 2pm. The guys dropped me & meya off at my house. They said they'd come around 6. I was in the kitchen with my mom while meya was in my room

Y/n: what time is dad getting off?
Mom: he should be off in an hour
Y/n: are you working tonight?
Mom: no, not tonight
Y/n: that's good. It's okay if the guys stay over tonight, right?
Mom: yeah, that's perfectly fine. I missed them
Y/n: I'm sure they've missed you too
Mom: mija do you think you could go to the store for me? I just need you to get a few things
Y/n: yeah that's fine. What do you need?
Mom: milk, 5 lemons, a pack of Q-Tips, & a pack of water
Y/n: the 35 pack right?
Mom: yes ma'am
Y/n: alright, I gotchu
She gave me sum money to buy the things she wanted. I went upstairs to ask meya if she wanted to go with me, obviously she said yes. I got dressed & we both left the house

When we got there I went to get the lemons

Meya: what time did the guys say they were coming over?
Y/n: around 6, why?
Meya: just asking. Do you want me to get the rest of the stuff while you get the lemons?
Y/n: yes please & thank you
Meya: no problem
She took the shopping cart & left to get the rest of the items. I felt someone standing next to me, I looked up & it was this lady who looked very familiar

??: it's me, Cynthia, Julian's mom

Cynthia: it's not fine, that's something nobody should have to go through
Y/n: I agree, but it already happen & nobody can do anything about it. I have to go, but I hope you & your family have a good day
I left the aisle & went on to go find meya. Julian's mom was a sweet person, but I just didn't feel like talking to him nor his family. I found meya in the dairy aisle getting milk

Y/n: girl I just saw Julian's mom
Meya: fr? What she say?
Y/n: nothing, just that she was sorry. She didn't know what was going, yk stuff like that
Meya: well are you okay?
Y/n: no yeah, I'm fine. Did you get everything?
Meya: still have to go get Q-tips
Y/n: alright well then let's go
We got what we needed, paid, & went back home. I put the stuff away while meya helped my mom in the kitchen, they were making enchiladas. Once that was done me, meya, my mom & dad sat at the table to eat. We talked blah blah blahhh!! Time passed by & eventually the guys came. They greeted my parents, they ate, & we all went upstairs to Roshauns room to play the ps4

Kairi: I still find it crazy how y/n & Roshaun have their own room at each other's houses
Robert: Ik! Like what about us?!
Y/n: what about you guys? Y'all just ain't the favorites
Meya: dude, I'm not even y/n's mom's favorite. & I've been best friends with her longer than you guys!
Y/n: Roshaun probably has his own room here cause my mom sees him as a son
Ale: uhhh hello!!! Again, what about us???
Y/n: nahh I'm playing idk, my mom just probably likes Roshaun better than y'all 😂

Roshaun: easy, my mom likes her better

Roshaun: nah, she still loves you guys... just not as much as y/n

Robert: it's almost 9!

Robert: whenever we used to sleepover at y/n's we'd always leave at 9 to walk around the neighborhood, walk to 7/11 to get slurpee's & eventually walk back to the bridge
Y/n: ohhhh yeahhhh!
Kairi: damn, we haven't done that in a while
Meya: it's been like what? Freshman year?
Ale: sophomore. I remember, because we were supposed to sleepover at y/n's but I never went cause I eventually got grounded
Alvaro: why did you get grounded?

Roshaun: oh!! The one in the kitchen right?
Ale: yeah...
Roshaun: no, yeah I remember now!! He lied & said he had to take it down & get a new one, because the one that was there was too old
Robert: that's what that was?
Meya: we actually believed you
Kairi: why didn't you just tell us?
Ale: idk, I was embarrassed
Y/n: yeah whatever. So are y'all trynna go?!!? I wanna go now
Meya: fuck yeah, let's go!!!
Mattia: bet! Let's go
We put our shoes on & I went to go ask my parents if we could go, they said it was fine & we all left the house
