Mangle. Ok this is just gonna be me trying to explain Mangles erratic static. The phone guy says all the animatronics have a criminal data base and they match you to a criminal so that's why they attack. But what about Mangle? well he does the same thing but he also tries to call the police.(he has a radio box). If you listen carefully you can hear in the static '10 1' 10 1 means in police code bad reception or weak signal. You must be saying "but kadi don't all the animatronics have this and if so then why cant we hear them?" They do but we hear Mangles because hes broken.
