Chapter 6

Willa couldnt sleep at all that night and she was tossing and turning all night. About 7 in the morning Willa was out the door of Pepper's home. Of course she left Pepper a note not wanting to scare her then she was on her way.

"Willa, After the way he acted are you sure about this?" Happy asks.

"Hap, Im sure. Thanks for the ride." Willa says.

"Of course." Happy says.

Willa got out of the car and made her way into her home. It was a mess man this house was gonna need some work done.

"Dad? Dad?" Willa questions.

She looked all over. His room, the bathroom, his lab.

"Dad? Where are you?" Willa questions moving things around on his desk.

"Hey JARVIS, where's dad?" Willa asks.

"At the donut shop." JARVIS says.

"Thanks." Willa says.

She should of known. The donut shop wasnt to far from their home. So she decided to walk there. It took some time, but she got there and went inside.

"Excuse me, Im looking for my dad, Tony Stark. Have you seen him?" Willa asks.

"Oh yes he was in here, but I think he flew away in his suit." The man says.

"Oh.. Thanks." Willa says.

She walked out of the donut shop and looked around. He had his suit he could be anywhere by now.

"Hey Kid." Tony says.

She heard his voice, but she didnt see him around.

"Up here." Tony says.

Willa looked up at the giant donut on the roof and sure enough her father was inside the donut.

"Dad, what are you doing? You need to fix this." Willa says.

"Willa, I cant. Its over. Rhodey has a suit being a War Machine and all. Pepper runs the company. So what do I have left? Nothing. Im a dead man walking now. Go back to Pepper your better off there." Tony says.

"Dad, thats...." Willa says, but is cut off.

"Sir! Im gonna have to ask you to exit the donut." Nick says.

Tony looked at him and then Fury walked inside the shop with Willa close on his tale.

"Your the SHIELD Director right?" Willa questions.

"Yes I am. Director Nick Fury. Its good to see you again." Nick says.

Tony came inside and sat down at a booth, Willa sat next to him, and Fury sat across from them.

"I told you I dont wanna join your super-secret boy band." Tony says.

"No, no, no. See, I remember, you do everything yourself. How's that working out for you?" Nick asks.

"Its.. Its.. Im sorry. I dont wanna get off on the wrong foot. Do I look at the patch or the eye?" Tony questions.

"Dad." Willa says.
