It was an hour and a half later that we arrived at the town, that entire I was using [Observe] on different objects trying and succeeding in leveling it up, with it being level Seven almost eight now, it shows me some of their stats now.

I looked at Claret's or... Maybe Mom's status to see what her abilities were.

So she's a bit weaker then the average but who can blame her when she looks almost Twice her age, most likely due to some kind of stress that was eating away at her and it still was kinda.

Now while I haven't known her for long, I had a weird feeling that my presence somehow brightened and complicated her day.

I then felt it. A faint feeling, something Like Gut feeling yet more specified in emotions, I was surprised, but quickly focused on her emotions trying to get a more accurate understanding of what she was feeling now, only able to sense the surface level of them.

I was able to make out two feelings in particular, that caught me completely of guard.

Protectiveness, Overwhelming Care for my well being and happiness.

I barely knew this woman for the better part of eleven hour, yet she cares about me to this degree I was slightly stunned to be honest.

Maybe she's Using me as an outlet for her stress by making me the object of her motherly affections that she may not have previously been able to before.

Maybe it's just weird genuine parental affection she has for me despite just recently, kind of like how in some stories people gain affection for the orphan child out of either the kindness of the heart or possibly a spontaneous connection with the child.

In some cases it's just Fate, plot or something else but i refuse to be dictated by fate and plot just sounds redundant so moving on.

Though isn't that what was happening right now, Kinda, maybe, Eh I'll get to it when I get to it.

For now I'll just live my New life, with my new mom as best as I can, that's all you can do with any situation really, just make the Best out of It.

I'm pandering aren't I? Yeah but that's mostly due to there being NOTHING TO DO! I can't just fly away, well I can but not if I want to take my Mom with me and I'm not leaving her behind, even if I just recently meet her, she put her life on the line, even when she honestly could've just left me there and not get involved with any of this, she may or may not have any knowledge of what's Truly going on in the world, either way she should have been better of leaving me, if her predicament from earlier is anything to go by, raising me carries enormous risk but she chose to anyways.

It's only Fair I protect her when I'm old enough, besides I can't really remember anything about my past life besides knowledge of stories, books, comics, webtoons, cartoons, anime, manga and about subjects in science, math, a little bit of social things though not much and language... Well in the case of language I know Several different languages but that's pretty much all I can say about it, so I don't really Remember any family of my past life nor any knowledge about Who I was, so to me her choosing me to be her child kinda resonated with me or something because to be honest I'm glad.
