It sucks ya know, the feeling just never goes away like yesterday he came in and the first thing he did was say hi to me... It makes me feel like I actually have a chance, but then he steps behind me kisses his girlfriend. So I suppose he wasn't saying hi to me. Let me tell you the feeling you get in your stomach when you are around your crush never goes away. Trust me I've liked the same guy for like eight years!!!!
"April honey you're going to be late get out of bed!" My mom yells into the room. I set down my pen and hide my diary beneath the mattress.
"Ok thanks I'm up," I yell down the stairs before turning on the shower. Thirty minutes later I'm braiding my brown hair to the side and putting on a green sweater with black legging and short, lace up, leather boots. After I'm done applying a bit of mascara to my hazel I run downstairs to grab a pop tart and my keys before heading out when I hear laughter behind me.
"Hey big butt your booty bounces when u run down the stairs like like" my sister cracks up
"Shut up Grace,"I smile at her and run into the kitchen,"Bye mom I'll see you tonight after practice," I blow a kiss at her and head out to my car.
The car doors open and three giggling girls get in," what are you laughing about,"I ask. before pulling out of the driveway and onto the street,"Oh nothing" Ryan said from the passenger side while rolling down the window, her blonde hair flopped in the wind and her smile spread to her blue eyes.
"Hey turn up the jams!"Skylar commanded from th e back seat where she wore her cheerleader uniform.
"Yeah yeah whatever,"I say to her smiling in the rear view mirror earning a flip of the ever-so-perfect black hair. I turned back towards the road and turned up whatever was in the radio which just so happened to be Uptown Funk by Bruno Mars "I LOBE THIS SONG!"squealed Lila from the backseat who started dancing. We had all been friends for as long as I can remember. I was the athletic one, Ryan the tomboy, Lila the artistic shy one, and Skylar the cheerleading diva, we were all pretty smart, well except for Skylar.
As soon as I parked the car I turned up the volume super loud and got out and started dancing. This earned me a few states more people passing out at but I didn't care, my girls were giggling and hopping out of the car before watching me, "Werk April Yas!!!"Skylar screamed over the radio. When my favorite part of the song came on I started to moon walk which I can't do so Lila, Skylar, and Ruan were thrown into fits of laughter. When it ended I leaned in to turn off the car and grab my bag, as I turn around I crash into something hard. Kaden Straight, the most popular guy in school.
"Nice moves sweetheart, maybe you could give me a lap dance sometime?" He smirks raising an eyebrow. I take a step toward him and look straight into his cold Green eyes. "In your dreams, Jackass!" I scoff. With that I walk away leaving a bunch of boys laughing and Kaden shocked speechless.
Pretty soon my girls have caught up to me "You can go around telling off the football captain, the most popular boy in school, Kaden Straight!"Lila hisses,"He'll beat you up!"
I stop walking and turn to face her "I make no regrets,"I say slipping on my sunglasses. With my girls and me laughing we head into the school.

Finally its eighth hour, Algebra! I'm the first one in to class so I take my seat in the middle and start to play a game in my school MacBook. "Hey,"a deep voice says from behind me.
"Hey I didn't see you come in,"I say turning around when I die.
"You're not very good at this game are you," Vincents' hazel eyes crinkle when he laughs and he smiles.
"Way better than you will ever be,"I snap
"Is that a challenge," he asked with amusement dancing in his eyes.
"I believe it is," I smirk. He leans in closer and my heart starts to race.
"Game on!" And with that he pulls out his MacBook and pulls up Octagon,"Ready, set,GO!"
