Canales and I have been dating for a week, it came as a surprise to me when Cosette finally realized I had been dating someone after a week. Usually she could just tell the moment it happens. I guess she had been so wrapped up in her job, and her boyfriend to even realize I was different since day one. Sergio began to text me the second I got into Ramos' car. I tell him he shouldn't be texting me while in the car, and that I won't text back until I see him in the restaurant.

"You've been different lately." Sergio says as he turns to park out back of the restaurant.

"How so?" I inquire, my attention to my phone before I finished the text. My eyes meet up to his, and he has a serious face on.

"The way you act, your hair, your clothing. Something happened." He seemed concerned. It was true. Whenever I was dating someone, my clothes would be more conservative. I wouldn't wear skirts for the first week, to show that I was taken, my bangs would cover my eyes more, to keep eye contact with other guys to a minimal, and I wouldn't be as touchy with others. Like if one guy were to want to rest his arm around my shoulders, I wouldn't allow it. It was just how I worked. It's always been like that since I was a teenager.

"It's okay Sergio, it's nothing bad." I assure with a genuine smile. It was nice of his to be concerned about me. Being with Canales was good for me. The feelings I had towards my boss stopped, and I was honestly happy to be with him. In the past few days, he's made me nothing but happy. Surprisingly enough, he was mature for only being 19. I would figure he'd joke around a lot, but Ramos always does the joking around. Letting myself out of the car, I waited for Ramos to lead us in. By the time we got inside through the back, everyone was there. Canales saved a spot for me, as he waved me over. "I think I'm going to sit by him." I turn to Ramos unsure if he was okay with it.

"Why? You've never liked him be-" Sergio began until Fabio cut him off.

"You should Addie. The kid's been waiting for you." Fabio chuckled along with the others. With that, I pat Sergio's shoulder lightly, before leaving him to sit next to someone else. I punched Canales' leg under the table the moment I sat down, and he sniggered.

"What?" He asked leaning over closer to my ear.

"Oh you know what." I blatantly say to him, with a small, playful glare. For weeks, prior to us actually dating, Sergio would constantly hold my hand or wrap an arm around me, so when he placed his arm behind me on my chair, no one questioned him. "What's good here?" I turned to ask him, criss-crossing my legs on the large seat. Sergio listed me the suggestions he preferred, and a few he thought I would like. His arm was around my shoulders, pointing at the menu, pointing out certain dishes, making me go closer to him. Literally, all eyes were on us. Just to avoid any suspicion from the others, I took the liberty to ask Sami who was sitting right next to me. Yet, he still had suspicious eyes. Under the table, Sergio's hand was rested comfortably on my lap. I giggled everything he would trace circles around because it tickled me. Everyone's moods were just light and happy, soon forgetting about the close proximity of Sergio and I, and talked about tomorrow's match. They were excited, you could tell. "What's up? You don't seem too excited." I point out to Sergio with concern written on my face.

"Would you go on a date with me tonight?" He asks quietly, only loud enough for me to hear. Sergio's face had a uncertain look on his face, as if I were to say no.

"Of course." I smiled brightly, excited to see what this kid had in store for me.

"Great! I'll pick you up at six thirty?" Relief drew over his face, clearly content with the answer. That still didn't explain the less enthusiasm from earlier. I decided to drop it, and leave it alone for now. "And don't worry about me, I'm just a little nervous is all." He says before eating his food.
