A/N: Hiya! Just a quick note
Oikawa is in second year of college(and all other third years)
Hinata and Kageyama are in third year (and all other first years mentioned)
(Y/n)-chan is currently enrolled in a music school but they're on break, that's why she's not going. But if she went to a regular school, she'd be in her third year.(basically, she's the same age as the first years)
All second years mentioned will now be in first year college (Kenma, Akaashi, etc.)
(Play M:I music)
"Silent as a mouse, deadly as a...hey Iwa-chan what's a really deadly animal?"
"Not you that's for sure."
"Hmph. Mean Iwa-chan. Hey! Look, look I see him!"
"For all your brains, you can be really clueless sometimes."
Oikawa swatted his shoulder, pulled up his hood and slipped on his glasses.
"You call that a disguise?" Iwa raised his eyebrows at the poor excuse of one. "What? He only saw me once, and there's a lot of brown haired people in Japan."
He cautiously walked toward the coffee shop where Saichi worked. Iwaizumi walked in first, ordering drinks while Oikawa perched on a stool. He watched the barista carefully, noting his every move.
Iwa came back with two coffees, sliding Oikawas over before joining him in surveillance.
When Saichi slipped a plastic cup over the counter to one lady, the two stalkers stared at him and the cup respectively.
"Trashikawa, look." Iwa said, pointing to the side of the cup. Sure enough, written in bold black ink, was her name and a number. Presumably his number.
"That dirty, two-timing, obnoxious, arrogant, loudmouth bother. (Be seated at the right hand of the father) Oh when I get-"
"No. You can't touch him."
Oikawa looked up into familiar dark eyes. "Ah, Keiji-san...how uh, lovely to see you here."
"Oikawa-san. Iwaizumi-san." He nodded to them. "Akaashi-san, did you know? About Saichi."
Akaashi sighed and glanced at the brunette whipping up another brew. "Yes. But (y/n) doesn't. And you can't tell her."
"Why not? She shouldn't be dating that immature, downright disgusting cheat-"
"Oikawa. Let him explain." Iwaizumi gestured at Akaashi.
"(Y/n)...she has, no, had her reasons for dating him. Overtime I think it developed into a dependence. I doubt she can really imagine life without someone there for her now, despite it not being that long."
Akaashi looked up slightly, seeing a thoughtful expression on Oikawa's face. He smiled lightly before continuing. "If..if you really want to know, she started dating him because his family was in the music business. He always had a thing for her and when he saw the chance, he took it. (Y/n) would under normal circumstances never take that offer, there..there was someone else she liked at the time. But, our family was having some issues, and she needed an outlet. Needed someone who she could pour affection on in replacement of all her pent up frustration.
Saichi just happened to ask at the right time."
Oikawa thought about the situation carefully. "If..if she dates him more for the well-being of her mental state now, then..why doesn't she date someone she actually likes? You said there was someone else, and I'm sure any number of people would have asked her out."
Akaashi glanced up. "She...I don't know. I think she's lost interest in love, being forced to fake it for so long. She probably reached her limit." He stood up. "I have to get going. See you around, Oikawa-san, Iwaizumi-san."
"I'm leaving too Trashikawa, are you coming?"
"Ah, I think I'll hang around town for a bit."

"Let's try this one." (Y/n) placed a sheet of music in front of Kageyama. He picked it up and gently packed it into his bag. "If you can get that one down, Kageyama, you're done with basics."
"Thanks Akaashi-san."
"Bakayama, let's gooo."
Hinata waved goodbye and trotted out the store, walking right into Illuminate Odyssey.
"I have to give something to Kenma, wait for me."
He ran into the store bowing to Kuroo before colliding with Kenma as he made his way towards the back room.
"Ah, sorry Kenma. Uh, I came to return your game."
"Shoyo..just put it over there. Do you want another one?"
Hinata nodded frantically then blushed slightly. "Kenma...how do you know when you like someone?"
Kenma looked up at him, a small smile lingering in his face before disappearing. "I guess...your heart beats faster around them...you...feel happier. You should ask Kuroo."
Taking his advice Hinata walked over to the tall black headed male. "Chibi-chan, can I help you?"
"K-Kuroo-san. How-how do you know when you like someone?"
"Oh, has Chibi-chan got a crush? Well. I would say you feel like you can't breath, you can't function when you think of them. Your heart skips a beat whenever they talk, your legs feel wobbly when you're around them."
Hinata's eyes brightened slightly and he thanked Kuroo before rushing out the store and joining Kageyama on his way out.
It can't be, can it?
