What if...
Deku has Tourettes.
He tries to control his tics when he's with other people at school. So basically nobody knows he has Tourettes except Bakugou knows (because you know childhood friends).
What if Bakugou never bullied him? Idea's maybe. Your choice!
But anyway what if deku has a tic attack at school (UA he's in class 1-A) and people stare at him because he cusses alot with his ticks.
