Andrew x John: First Date

(This is basically a part 2 to the First kiss but this is their first date😌)

•Johns Pov•
It was 11:33am, it's Saturday. The day I finally go on a date with my new boyfriend Andrew. I normally don't wake up at this time on Saturdays but it being the day of being on a date with Andrew, I just had to wake up early for this. I was of course gonna wear my normal grey sweater and cap, since I don't really have anything else than that. I walked out into the hallway, and saw my sister, Jaylen, passed out on the couch watching Grey's Anatomy, well this was normal. I'm guessing I'm the only one up except for my mom who's up already just sitting on the couch, also watching Grey's Anatomy. She got excited knowing I was going on a date.

"Jaylen...JAYLEN, wake up." My mom said, while shaking Jaylen, who fell off the couch. Well it woke her up at least. My mom of course started talking to Jaylen about how we should all be excited for me, gosh I love my mom. Jaylen slowly got up and handed me a napkin and pack of ice...

"What's this for?" I asked her.

"Just Incase you see Andrew and faint or have a nosebleed." She said while laughing but yawning after.

I just laughed it off and sat on the couch with Jaylen and my mom. I started to text Andrew to see if he was almost here since he said he would come to pick me up.

*text messages*

John: So...you almost here?

Andrew: yes I'm almost there shorty😗

John: Was that a kissy👀

Andrew: yes shorty🥺

John: you're gonna make me have a nosebleed before I even see you stopppp😔💕💕

*texts end*

I suddenly heard two knocks at the door.

•Andrew's Pov•
When I tell you I am nervous, I am nervous right now. I wasn't wearing my normal black hoodie, instead I was wearing a black buttoned shirt with two of the buttons undone because of how hot it was, well for me. I heard what sounded like footsteps? I then saw someone's eyes peek through the window that was right next to the door, could definitely tell those were Jaylen's. Then John, my date, opened the door. When he stepped out of the door way we said bye to his mom and Jaylen and started walking together. I was nervous someone would say something about us when we were walking together holding hands since in Alabama there's a lot of homophobia here. But we walked all the way to Hometown Buffet. We sat together in the back where all the deserts were at. Luckily where we sat there wasn't a lot of people they were all on the other side where the salads and bathrooms were. We got up to get our food, and we already had our drinks. I had my Coke at my seat and fries, corn, and chicken on my plate. John had a Dr. Pepper and two pieces of pizza on his plate and one chicken on plate. When we sat down with our food we mostly talked about random crap we used to do when we were in middle school, gosh I never realized how cute his laugh was.

*Time Skip to after they're done eating*

We walked over to where all the deserts were. I grabbed a vanilla ice cream and John got a piece of chocolate cake. When I was eating my ice cream John even got some with his index finger. Honestly I shouldn't have thought of anything...dirty, but I did and almost coughed up the ice cream. John might've known I thought of it dirty but he just laughed. I checked my phone that now said 1:20pm. John went to the restroom, we were getting ready to leave but I had something for John. I checked my pocket where I had the gift I was going to give him, but I couldn't find it. Where the hell did it go??? Then I saw this guy at a table across from us with a girl sitting next to him and his arm was around her, maybe they were dating? I don't know, but I saw both of them laughing, especially the guy. I realized it was that kid, Elijah...Osano? He's in some of our classes and is always talking for no reason, getting on everyone's nerves. He was known for stealing stuff from the school, stores, homes, malls, etc. I just glared at him, then, I saw what I was going to give John. He was holding it up while smiling widely at me. He sounded like a damn hyena when he laughed. I walked over to him having my hand out, he just had a smirk on his face. It was like he was testing me. He obviously knew who I was so I just took the gift away from him, he didn't do anything to get it back anyways. I walked back to where we were sitting, I saw John there with a shocked smile on his face. I'm guessing he was standing there for a bit.

"Was that Elijah Osa-" John was about to say, then he saw me pull out two bracelets. One with my name on it, and one with his name on it. He grabbed the one with my name on it and immediately put it on his hand and I did the same with the bracelet with his name on it.

•Johns Pov•
  We started walking to Rosswood park to sit down on a bench for awhile. When we got to a bench at the park Andrew put his arm around me while I fiddled with his blonde hair and held his hand. We just sat there in silence holding each other. After maybe ten minutes we started walking to my house. When we got there we stood on the front porch together and just stared at each other for a few minutes. Then I felt Andrew's lips press against mine. After staying in the kiss for maybe two or three minutes we both just held hands and he opened the front door for me. Before I walked in I quickly gave him a kiss on the cheek then mumbled bye to him, and he just waved bye back. I closed the door and looked through the window where I saw him walking away.

Maybe I should invite him over tomorrow so that we can do fun "stuff" together...okay I should stop with the dirty thoughts-
