The curse's blessing

KALIYUG!

"I shouldn't have trusted you guys." Gayatri cried in a low voice.
Arjun hung down his head in shame but Karn didnt stay quiet.
"We never told you to listen to us. You took your call so I dont think you can blame us for your condition." Karn cried.
Gayatri didnt speak for a moment . Then suddenly devi Parvati appeared before them.
"My children . Dont be sad. This was meant to be. Swami is not angry with you three in fact he pitied you . But going to Kaliyug was your destiny . You have to save her..." before she could speak furthur.
"Parvati..." It was Mahadev.
"Will I lose my tantra knowledge and magic in the Kaliyug?" Gayatri asked.
"Yes initially you will lose all your powers but as you complete your missions one by one, you will regain your powers." Narayan cried.
"How are we gonna survive without our powers?" Gayatri cried shocked.
"The way humans survive " Parvati cried smiling at them.
Karn and Arjun looked at each other. They didnt know what powers they had . As if reading their minds Narayan said, " You both will also realise your powers one day! As you complete your missions you both will gain certain powers , your powers."
Karn and Arjun nodded.
They bid farewell to the swarglok .
As they exited the gates of heaven, their eyes started closing and they started feeling exhausted.
When they opened their eyes they found themselves in the middle of a busy road.
Cars were honking atbtgem . Some car owners got out from their cars and scolded them. They quickly got up and started running away. Suddenly there was a clash.
Gayatri and Karn turned around to find Arjun had collapsed on the ground. He was hit by a car. The lady driving the car was horrified . Arjun however was not that hurt.
"Arjun, you okay?" Gayatri asked.
"Yes...I am fine."
"Anuj! Your head is bleeding!" Karn cried as  he noticed the blood flowing down his head.
The lady inside the car quickly came out.

"Are you okay?" She cried worriedly.
"Do you think he is okay?! See what happened to his head!" Karn.cried with anger.
The girl looked at Arjun amd was horror stricken.
Arjun on the other hand couldn't move away his eyes from the beautiful face of the girl. He kept looking at her.
The girl too was lost on his boyish charm for a second when Gayatri's chattering began.
She kept on speaking about how dangerous the accident could've been. She spoke continuously for four minutes until Karn placed his palm in her mouth and prevented her from speaking.
"Enough! Please ...you will kill me. "Karn cried in a helpless tone.
Gayatri mumbled in his hand.
"Let me take you all to the hospital!" The girl cried.
Three of them had heard this term for the first time. They gave her weird glances."hospital?" Gayatri asked innocently.
"Hostipal! You know ! Medical help centre" the girl cried explaining.
"What language are you speaking devi?" Arjun asked.
The girl observed them for a moment and finally gave up.
She made them sit in her car . All of them were surprised to see the vehicle in front of them.
Gayatri had a trillion questions.
"How is it moving on it's own? It is releasing dusty air . Isn't it harmful for environment? How are you starting this thing? Can it breathe? Is it a living thing?"
The girl was somewhat confused.
After sitting on the car, Karn noticed something.
"Our vastra! "
All three of them noticed that they were wearing strange clothes of kaliyug. They felt very uncomfortable.

On reaching the hospital, all three of them were taken back.
"What place is this jyesth? Why are we here? " Arjun cried examining the hospital surroundings.
Karn looked around . He had never seen something like this.

"Riya...you need any help?" The girl turned around to find a man standing before them . Karn, Arjun and Gayatri were shocked . It was...Narayan!

"Yes doctor , actually I ... how do you know my name?" Riya exclaimed with surprise.
Karn and Gayatri smirked together .
He is Narayan. He knows everything, were their thoughts.
"I have seen you earlier in this hospital." Narayan cried in a soft tone.
Riya recalled her past . She shuddered with fear.
"So who is the patient?"
"This man" Riya cries and held Arjun's hand.
Arjun felt a wave of emotions travelling down his spine.
"Okay. What is your name sir?" Narayan asked with all time famous smile.
"Arjun" he cried looking strangely at Narayan. He too was wearing modern clothes.
"No problem.  I can cure you!" He cried and left with Arjun.
"Narayan is here!" Gayatri cried excitedly.
"Shhhhh...you are so loud!" Karn cried.
"You never let me speak Karn! I was so excited seeing gurudev Narayan here. There has to be done connection with..."
"Gayatri! Please " karn cried.
"You both are really cute!" Riya cried.
Karn and Gayatri looked at her weirdly.
"You both look amazing together! Perfect couple!" She cried.
Both of them were shocked. They looked at each other and then angrily replied"no!!!"
"We both are no couple!" Gayatri cried.
"Yes we both are stuck here" karn cried.

Mahadev tried to control his laughter as he saw their condition.
