Part 2:
Melissa was in the hot shower relaxing and calming down, after she finished wetting her hair and body. She got out of the shower and dried up, when she stepped out of the bathroom, she froze when she saw her brother sitting on the bed.
Joe: I just got off the phone with dad and I talked with Sophie, she told me everything
Melissa: What did dad say?
Joe: he says you can stay as long as you need to until you calm down
Melissa: *roll eyes* of course *sits down next to him on the bed* is that all
Joe: he also given me permission to care for you and discipline you and he let the social worker know that you will be staying with me for short time but left out the part about the running away thing
Melissa: do I have to go back to dad?
Joe: yes you do. Look he promise to take what you said into consideration and do some more research on it
Melissa: really?
Joe: yes, and once the baby is born when they come to visit you go back home with them
Melissa: okay, I forgot you're going to be a dad. You're going to be amazing at it big brother
Joe: thanks little sister, speaking of dad he given me instructions about the rules
Melissa: yeah... um... I have been disobedience while being quarantined, you know I'm a going out type of person
Joe: I know he told us about your shenanigans and you know being out partying with friends and hanging with friends when you're supposed to be quarantined
Melissa: yeah sorry *blushed*
Joe: just know, none of that stuff here. I don't mind you going to protest, just be careful not to get caught by the police especially since your skin tone is part black the officer is gonna look at you differently. California also has curfew, if you're not in by curfew time you're in trouble
Melissa: I'm impressed Joe you really done you're research, thank you for caring *hugs him*
Joe: of course, you're my little sister and I will do anything to protect you. Now... about you running away, breaking in and taking money without our permission
Melissa: I love you *gives him puppy eyes*
Joe: put those eyes away, you know what you did
Melissa: but Joey...
Joe: no buts, what are the rules about the card?
Melissa: only for emergency and I have to let you guys know first about what I'm buying
Joe: and what happens if you break that rule
Melissa: it will be taken away
Joe: and you know that you could have called me if you wanted to come through the gates instead of breaking in. I already called the guards and told them it was a false alarm, you know the rules and you did it anyways
Melissa: I'm sorry
Joe: What does dad tell you when you break the rules in the house?
Melissa: uh... *blush* spanking, but Joey... you never spanked me before. Can't you just ground me instead
Joe: what's the point of grounding you if you're stuck at home anyways?
Melissa: *sighs* good... point...
Joe: after I'm done spanking you, you're going to call dad and talk with him and apologize for running away
Melissa: why do I have to apologize! He's the one that hurt me
Joe: he isn't the one who made mom worry sick about you is he?
Melissa: I forgot about mom, is she okay?
Joe: she's fine. I told her you were here. Now get over my knees
Melissa: Joey...
Joey: 1... 2...
Melissa: okay!
Melissa tited herself over Joe's lap and Joe brought his hand down on her wet bottom since she just got out of the shower.
Melissa: ow! *covers bottom* Joey no please not a wet spanking lemme change
Joe: too late, come on let's go. I don't have all day for this
Melissa: pleaseeee
Joe sighs and pinned her arms back and continued bringing his hand down on her bottom
After about 100 swats to her bottom, Melissa was crying, her bottom was sore and Joe finished and rubbed her back.
Joe: I'm done, it's over.
Melissa: I'm sorry Joey... I didn't mean to make you do this
Joe: its alright kiddo you're forgiven
Joe put Melissa gently on his lap and she winced when her bottom touched his jeans and she buried herself in his chest.
Melissa: my hair is getting your shirt wet
Joe: it's okay it will dry
The two of them stayed like that for a while, then Joe left so that Melissa could get dressed and call her dad.

This was the first time that Joe ever punished her, none of the boys have laid a finger on her. I make allowed the parents do it. But now that she's staying with Joe, his dad gave him permission.
