Mia's PoV

We are currently back stage helping the seniors get ready for their ceremony.
Well its just me, Bri, Mag and Nia only, Martha is with her pretty boyfriend doing somethings outside.
Jesse j, Ariana Grande and Nicki Minaj are on stage currently performing bang bang and damn! I am loving ever single moment of it here backstage.
"Hey Mia, have you seen Omarion?" Nia asked as she walked slowly towards me in her beautiful pink gown. "Uh yh, he was standing at the end of the carpet with Elliot with the rest of the boys," i responded and she nodded her head before walking away again. Omarion and Nia have been really good friends over the years, it was even rumored they were dating. Even i believed the rumors but Nia shut it down saying they were just friends and nothing more even though they would've made a cute couple, but anyways she is happy with Austin so... Yh!
"Mia!" Abby's voice came ringing in my ears causing me to sigh.
"How do i look?!" She asked as she twirled around in her robe. "You look amazing as always Abby," i responded and she smiled. "Thanks Mia, see you after the ceremony!" She yelled and walked away to her position.
"Don't they look amazing?" Mag asks as she comes to stand beside me. "Yes, they do look incredible," i replied and she smiled. "This will be us next year, i cannot wait!" Bri also joined in and we all squealed excitedly. "Cmon you guys! Lets go outside, we cannot miss this," i said and we walked out to the main hall leaving Nia inside doing only God knows what!

Nia's PoV

"Hey babe," i said to Austin whiles standing next to him at the front stage where we the sophomores where supposed to stand and the juniors behind us.
"What took you so long?" He asked with a hint of annoyance in his voice. "Sorry, i was busy helping the seniors out," i responded and he gave me a dry smile. "Heyy, don't be mad, I am sorry," i said again as i kissed him on the lips which caused him to smile. "Okay, i am not mad again," he said and i smiled.
Just then, the principal walked out with a microphone in his hand which made the whole place go dead silent. Nicki Minaj, Ariana Grande and Jesse J had long gone, not before taking pictures with us of course.
"Good evening students, hope you are enjoying yourselves?" He asked through the microphone and we all chorused a yes which made him smile.
"Very well, tonight we have amongst us a very special guest, please welcome on stage the owner and founder of The Lewis Corp. Mr Edward Lewis," he said and a middle aged looking man walked out and immediately everybody in the room began clapping. "Aren't you excited babe?" I asked Austin who was also clapping. "I have seen him do this many times, this is not new," he responded and i shrugged it off and continued clapping.
"Good evening students," Mr Edward said through the microphone once the clapping had died down.
"I am so honored to have been selected by the school administrative board to deliver a speech on this special occasion. Now i know you guys are enjoying yourselves so i wont bother you so much. All i have for you guys is just study hard and you are gonna achieve great! Now, haven't said all this ladies and Gentlemen, may i present to you, the class of 2019!" He yelled and just then, the students began walking out in their robes and caps causing most students to clap.
I began clapping loudly as i saw my friends walk up stage looking so beautiful! Gosh, i was so proud of them!
Very soon, it will be me up there, Momma cannot wait! Neither can i jeezz!!
"Today they leave Green Woods forever so they can find their real purpose in life! I wish them all the best and congratulations for completing with honor! Well done you guys!" Mr Edward finished and we began clapping again. This was just too beautiful

"Congratulations guys!! I am so happy for you! Damn!! You made it!" I screamed at Abby and Michelle as i saw them walking towards us still in their robes.
"Thanks Nia! It will be you next year!" Michelle squealed as she pulled me in a hug. "I hope so!" I yelled and she smiled. "Yes, now let us enjoy this night!" Abby screamed as she walked excitedly towards the bar making me chuckle."Typical Abby, always drinking," Michelle said which made me laugh. "Anyways, i will see you after the party okay? Bye!" She said and went away.
I also turned and went back to Austin who was standing alone near the stage.
"Hey babe!" I yelled as i stood beside him which caused him to turn his head towards me. Upon seeing me, he smiled and pulled me closer for a kiss.
"Hi, i missed you," he said and i smiled. "I missed you too!" I said which caused him to smirk. Just as he was bout to reply, the MC interrupted.
"Okay ladies and gentlemen, the next and last performance is gonna be by our all time favorite singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran! But before that, one of you students has a very special note for his girlfriend or soon to be girlfriend. Please Lucas Stewart join us on stage," the MC said and Lucas walked out onto the stage looking so nervous.
I gave him a thumbs up after we made eye contact which caused him to smile.
"Do you know what he is gonna do?" Aubrey asks as she stood next to me and i shook my head. "Just wait, and watch," i said and she ignored me and just stood.
"Tonight amongst everybody present is a very beautiful and kind soul. I have always watched you from afar, seen you smile and cry from afar, i am not really good with romantic stuff so yh! Tonight, i would like to ask Miss Brittany Sparks if she would like to be my girlfriend, Bri, i love you so much, please be my girlfriend," he said nervously and i just smiled with tears in my eyes.
"He loves Bri!!" Austin whisper yelled and i glared at him. "Oh shut it! She hasn't even agreed," i said and he kept quiet.
I turned my head to Mia and saw her holding a crying Brittany up onto the stage which had us all go aww.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked again and she nodded her head happily as she threw herself around him which made Lucas stumble a bit.
"OMG!! She said yess!!!" Martha's voice came from somewhere and the everybody in the whole room began clapping loudly, i also clapped with tears glistening my eyes because for starters, i never expected Lucas to fall in love, Not all
"Okay! Now, lets welcome Ed Sheeran!" The MC's voice came from the microphone and we began clapping again.
Ed Sheeran is my all time favorite singer cause his voice is just simply amazing. You cannot grow tired of it.

"Man!!! Congrats!" Asher screamed as he pulled Lucas in for a hug.
"Thanks dude!" Lucas said and he patted his shoulder.
"Woah dude! I am so happy for you!" Austin said and Lucas smiled. "Thanks," he said and walked to me
"Congrats Luc, you deserve it," i said and he smiled. "Thanks Nia, i am really grateful," he said and i smiled. "No worries, now go take your girlfriend to dance," i said and he smiled and walked away to go find Bri who was currently getting attacked by everybody into hugs and all.
I smiled at them all as i stood at the bar sipping on my cocktail i ordered for the second time when Austin suddenly showed up again
"Hey babe," he said and i smiled. "Hi handsome," i said and he smiled. "My favorite part of the song is coming on, care to dance?" He asked as Ed Sheeran performed 'Thinking Out Loud'.
"Sure," i said and we walked to the dance floor. I also saw Asher and Martha dancing together as Martha kept laughing at something Asher said, Abby and Michelle were together dancing as usual cause oh well, best friends cannot get separated, i looked over at Mia's place and found her dancing with Elliot?! I gave her a look once we made eye contact and she shrugged as they continued dancing.
Lucas was looking so happy as he and Bri danced together. I smiled happily knowing that he had finally gotten the girl if his dreams. Mag and Aubrey were also doing their own stuff together on the dance floor which made me chuckle.
As for me, i was in the arms of the guy i loved with all of my soul!
I loved him very much and i don't think anything or anybody can change that.
I looked into his eyes and he smiled at me and i also smiled back
"I love you so much Nia," he said and i smiled happily. "I love you also Austin, forever and ever," i said and he smiled.
"You belong to me and me only, nobody else can have you except me, you know why?" He asked and i blushed before shaking me head.
"Because i chose you Nia Hudson, Austin Lewis chose you," he said and tears immediately brimmed in eyes.
"I love you," i whispered and he smiled. "I love you too," he said and we continued dancing in silence again.
This is my life and i love it this way, never will i trade it for anything!
