This story was not copied or stolen from any book on wattpad but I did get the idea from animated times for the added bending at the end of the bio plus they have great suggestions and history about different topics

Bone bending
Since our bones have mineral's which have the same compound as earth a earth bender can control a person like a blood bender does

Storm bending
In order for a Storm you need thunder,water, lighting and wind which can be mastered by Bender's who know air,water, fire you can utilize it to create even stronger lightning and sound waves and more info about it as we go on with the story same goes for the rest

Shadow bending
This needs control and precision and the way a shadow bender will bend will be very different from the normal bending forms falls to energy bending sub set and with that you can utilize shadows and darkness at your disposal but you need to be completely focused to do it properly

Energy unity
Its not a sub set of energy bending but it focuses on the spirit world it's when two strong spirits fuse and that person must have a very strong connection to the spirit world so its not for the a avatar only and can manipulate the flow of time or reality if controlled but Alas you have not mastered this but your getting there

Lightning bending
As you know lightning bending has been used differently in many avatar fan fictions and my personal favorite for a lightning bender story was the electrical conduit but mine is very different you can absorb any form of electricity and lightning and can use it as (I think that's enough for now you just have to read the story)
