Morning Dew

      Eunbi's pov

           I checked the clock for the fifth time now, it feels like time is ticking a hundred times slower. With frustration, i got up and tip toed out of the room. I decided to explore the house. I saw a door which i didnt notice because it was camlouflaged well. Inside it had some daily needs for the house. Maybe it was a storage room. On one corner of the ceiling, there was a trapdoor on the top. But that corner had some stuff blocking it, which no normal people could get up to, but i just smirked to myself. I always climbed trees last time with my best friend, Jongin. So you could say i am pretty skilled at this, i got there in about 15 seconds.

          I opened the trap door and luckily it wasnt locked. I looked out to see a shadow slowly standing up at the rooftop and walking forward to the end. I thought who ever that was, it was trying to do suicide.

          I jumped out of the store room, and ran towards the shadow, hugging it to prevent it from jumping.

         "EXCUSE ME??" the shadow said.

           I looked up,

               

                 Kai.

     

          The back felt almost the same, but wider, and feels manlier.

           I slowly let go, then hit him on the arm, scolding him"

           YAH! WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING PABO?!SUICIDE??! "

        " PABO?? I WASNT EVEN TRYING TO JUMP DOWN!!! "

        

       I kept quiet.

      " i was relieving my stress. "-kai.

     " Oh... " same as Jongin.

     " imma go sit there, i have an extra bean bag chair, in case anyone who can get up here can sit here with me. "-Kai.

       Wow, so prepared. I mean, who puts chairs and a table on the ceiling. Oh and btw the ceiling of the house was flat, so it was easy to stand on.

        I just went there and sat with him since i wasnt going to sit on the cold hard floor.

      We sat down and admired the forest view from the flat ceiling.

     I decided to ask him what has been on my mind for the longest time ever.

    "Kai... Any chance your real name is... Kim... Kim.. Jongin??" oh god if he isnt im going to feel so embarrased.

    "What made you think that way?" He said it coldly.

     So... He isnt?? Jongin??

     "Oh.. I just had this childhood friend that was once very close to me and He said that his dream was to be a dancer when he grows up and.. He  said that He was going to name his stage name.... Kai. And He also liked to go to the rooftop to relieve stress. "

There i said it.

        For the first time to a random stranger i revealed so much to.

        "wow..  Such a coincedence.. Go on.. What happened" - kai

         Should i?? He is a stranger I dont Knoe...But I just felt so connected to him, like i met my old friend. And since im gonna live with him for god knoes how many years, ill just say it.

           "Then..  He suddenly left our hometown one day... After we both turned thirteen... He left me..  He said the on our birthday day that He cross his heart will one day marry me...But I also made him angry with a stupid misunderstanding.. But I still. just couldnt believe how fast that promise broke..." my heart started to ache.

             He suddenly pulled me into a hug. Before He whispered :

       "Im so sorry for your loss eunbi... Im sure a man keeps his promises untill the day He dies."

       He then slowly let go of the hug and went back to his chair.

      "i should probably go back and sleep now... Its already so late." i Said and stood up to leave when Kai suddenly held my wrist.

        "Can you just stay here... And watch the sunrise with me...?There 's no schedule tomorrow" - kai

         I was surprised. With me??

        "Its okay if you dont want to.. I just feel so lonely always sitting here by myself..." - Kai.

       "Its just one night so i guess its okay..." i said and sat back down.

      We talked about Exo and what they do usually when there is no schedule and their bad habbits.

       "Oh and before you use the kitchen, you better ask D. O for permission or He will be very angry." - Kai

      "wow and i was wondering who actually uses the kitchen" i said surprised.

     We talked untill the sun rised and i felt sleepy so i slept. On the rooftop for the first time.
