It had only taken an hour or two for him to decide that enough was enough.

Error was undoubtedly a murderer, thief, and evil beyond most of his other infuriating copies; but most importantly he was a very good liar. It was almost too easy for him, he did it all the time! For example, he lied to Red just about ten minutes ago. He hadn't exactly 'gone on a walk' or even left the Anti-void the first place, in fact when he said he'd go for a walk, he simply portaled to another part of the Anti-void. He had been sitting only a few feet away from Red, hanging in a stringy blue hammock that he had proudly made for himself whilst holding a chocolate bar in one hand, and plenty of thoughts on destroying future AUs in the other. Hanging high above the other Sans, Error was proud to say that the other had barely noticed him at all. The glitch was happy and alone, just the way he liked it. He was never the type to enjoy being around other monsters -seeing what he usually does to occupy his time- so the only obvious solution was to leave the other to go insane while Error got to relax. He was the destroyer of AUs after all, maybe even the most hard working Sans that had ever existed. A normal Sans was lazy, constantly drinking a certain relish of their choice and sleeping all the time. He, however, slept rarely, and when he did it was always with one eye open. When He ate; it was often. His diet mostly consisted of random foods he'd find in the AUs, many of those things being chocolate and popcorn and if he were lucky, sometimes he'd find some soda laying around as well.

Error had almost laughed out loud when the voices had discovered Red, hanging like an ugly ornament in his strings. The guy barely stood a chance against all their questions, as well as their prized habit of talking over each other. It was when the Sans began screaming, Error almost fell right out of his hammock. The voices must've thought that this was some sort of contest, because they all began screaming back. All of them. They all yelled out at the same time, getting so loud Error almost had to straight up portal out of the Anti-void just to spare his non-existent ears.

Jumping to the ground, he stomped his foot hard enough to shake the entirety of the Anti-void as he yelled out in the loudest voice he could muster.

"SHUT UP!!"

And then there was silence.

Error nodded to himself, surprised that they even listened to him. "That's... better," He uttered. Through the silence, he heard the other begin to struggle, this quickly gained Error's attention as he began walking over to his latest captive.

Red shifted awkwardly before speaking out in a shaky, confused voice. "What- What was that!? Those- how- You're back!" He gasped out, his face switching from annoyed and confused to almost glad. Error stepped towards the other, pulling his strings down from his cheeks as he spoke. "You're more sane than I thought you'd be... more or less," He muttered in disappointment as he used his magic to lower the other to the ground, but not letting him touch the floor quite yet.

Red paused, staring at the other, his head fuzzy and his throat stinging.

He had never been this close to the glitching skeleton before, or had he? He felt too disoriented to care, but despite this only one thought passed through his tired mind. "What were those.... noises? Where the heck did they come from...?" He asked again. The other only frowned, before turning away. "Those, are what I call the voices,"

Unsatisfied with the other's answer, Red growled at the other. "Oh well of course, 'The voices.'" He mimicked with a snarl. When the other only gave him a glare, he stopped and let out a breath. "What are they?"
