-GEORGE's POV-
I knew today was going to be a hard day as soon as I woke up. Luckily we were filming minecraft manhunt and had planned on doing a stream so I had a few distractions. I decided to try and take my mind off what had happened and go and get some breakfast in the cafe down the road.
I approach the cafe and go up to the counter.
"Can i have a uhhh. A flat white coffee and a uhhhh flapjack please"
"Yeah sure that'll be 5 pounds" says the girl working there.
I look up for the first time at the woman behind the counter. She's beautiful. Her green eyes twinkle in the light and stand out from her face. Her wavy blond hair falls down to her waist and her work apron hugs her body perfectly.
"Hello?" She says
"Oh yeah.. I'm sorry here's the money" I reply.
I hand her the money and she giggles to herself. She gives me the flapjack and cup of coffee and I go to sit down in one of the window seats. It's autumn and the sun is golden, the leaves are falling off the trees and being crunched on the ground. It's my favourite type of weather and for a moment I forget about all the pain this specific date holds in my heart.
I sip my coffee and I feel the drink run down and warm my throat. A much needed source of comfort. I look up and notice that the girl from before is walking over to me and I start to silently panic.
"Hi" she says
"Hi.. uh is there anything wrong"
"No, I was just wondering if you wanted to go get a drink or something with me at some point. I guess you already have a drink but I-"
"Haha" I chuckle "Yeah I'd love to get a drink with you. I'm a bit busy today" I say knowing that I'll be filming with Dream all day. "Why don't you take my number or I'll take yours or whatever"
"Okay" she responds and writes her phone number down on a napkin and hands it to me.
"Thanks" I say and give a nervous smile.
She grins back and me and turns around to return to work. I quickly finish my food and head back to my flat.
-CLAY's POV-
I turn on my phone and message the dream team group chat.
