Trapped Queen

Chapter 2

Tom walked into the throne room of the castle with a strut. Everyone looked at him as they went silent.

"P-prince Tom." Adrian stammered out.

"King now Adrian" Tom states coolly. "Scorpius was very eager to step down." He added.

"but the..." Paul says looking a little hurt that his friend had left.

"what ever your concerns are with the transition can and will be ignored" Tom says firmly.

"of course they can" Alex says happily. Things were back to the way that they should be.

Tom fought back a scowl. He hated Alex the most out of the council. "good, because now there are going to be some changes around here" Tom says firmly causing discomfort to go around the group.

"Changes?" Paul asked hesitantly.

Tom only smirk in response. He was enjoying the fear coming from them.

With Selene, Bella, and Clair. They were at the Walmart.

They were currently in the female section of the store.

"no not those ones. Those are not reliable" Bella says as she pulled one off the shelf. "get this one" She added. "these are more accurate" she says.

"ugh fine...can we just get out of here?" Selene asked looking around hesitantly. "i dont want people to see me" she added.

"no one is going to" bella started to say.

"Bella?"

Bella and Selene tensed up. The three turned and looked to see who had spoken only to see Walker standing there with Trivette.

"D-dad?" Bella stammered.

"what?" Clair asked confused.

"wow, you've grown" Trivette says looking her over.

"uh...yeah" Bella stammered.

"what are you girls doing?" Walker asked glancing at Selene who was standing there frozen and holding the pregnancy test.

Bella realizing what she was doing pulled her arm down hiding the test, but it was clear they had already saw it.

"Um. just...getting some things for the house i just moved into... right out side of town" Bella explained attempting to change the subject. "yup need these" She says grabbing a random thing of pads.

"all three of you live together?" Trivette asked.

"well...yeah...and my...dad...my...biological dad" Bella explained.

Walker looked at her slightly surprised. "he's back?" he asked.

"oh yeah. He got back just the other day" Bella replied with a nod.

"Great. why don't we all meet up at CDs later?" Walker asked.

"Oh uh sure. Um. later" Bella replied with a nod as they back up. "uh...you...wouldn't happen to know...where the hair dye is would you?" She asked.

"Couple isles over" walker replied. "What color you looking at?" He asked curiously.

"Uh...haven't decided yet" bella replied.

"well see you later then" Trivette says.

"yeah later" Selene squeaked and they hurried away. "really pads? you grab pads?" She says exasperatedly.

"well damn it I panicked! what did you expect me to grab?" Bella asked looking at her scowling.

"well...Im sure they saw the test" Clair spoke up looking at them.
