X suddenly woke up, he sat up and looked out his window, it was dark out, he looked over at his digital clock. 1:52 it read, he got up and opened his door, the house was pitch black, he heard snoring downstairs, everyone was asleep, even 4, X closed his door and walked to his window to look out of it
He looked at the stars and gazed at them, he sighed, wishing he had something to do, also thinking about sneaking out to see 2, he thought about it but didn't wanna get caught by either BFB or 4, if 4 ever found out that X wanted to be friends with 2, he'd kill him, literally
X finally decided, he wanted to see 2 again, even if it's his best friends enemy, it would only be 1 time for X to sneak out, right?
X started packing a flashlight and a scarf since it was pretty windy at this time of night, he went to the window and put his leg out, then his body and then found himself hanging on the window for dear life, he was at least far away form the ground, he got scared and accidentally let go, he covered his eyes, wishing it was a dream and that he was not gonna fall to death
But then as he opened his eyes, he found himself floating and not hurt, he smiled and flew to the ground and gently placed his feet on the grass, he looked at the house and smiled and started walking
He shivered and rubbed both of his arms, it was pretty cold outside when it's early in the morning, he kept walking to the TPOT part of the earth, he kept walking and finally made it after what seemed like days, probably weeks, he walked around to find 2, finally he saw the green number on a rock, star gazing
X slowly walked up to 2, scared that he would frighten him, he lightly tapped 2'a shoulder "U-Uhm.. 2?" X said nervously, 2 turned around and tilted his head "Uh, hello, do we know eachother?" 2 asked, X replied "uhm.. I dunno if you remember me but we played patty-cake 2 years ago, M-My name is-" "oh! Hey! It's silly boy! I haven't heard from you in a long time!" 2 smiled and hugged X, he happily hugged back
They separated, X looked at 2 "what are you doing out here 2?" He asked, 2 looked up at the stars again and smiled "oh nothing, just star gazing" X looked at the sky, it was filled with millions of giant and small stars, hell, even some shooting stars, X looked at 2 and asked "can I join you?" 2 looked over at X as his eyes lit up "really?" X nodded and sat down next to him on the rock, 2 smiled and looked at the stars again
X and 2 kept star gazing and losing track of what they were doing, they were suddenly close to each other and almost had their hands together, X shivered at the cold wind, 2 noticed it
"Oh! You okay X? I have a blanket with me if you need it" X nodded "yes please.." 2 quickly grabbed a blanket that was next to him and wrapped it around him, X stopped shivering and smiled "Thanks 2" "no problem silly boy.. welcome back"
"So, how it it at your place?" 2 asked "o-oh! Uhm, Well the BFB contest ended! We all didn't know what to do after the contest so we decided to make a house and live there since we had nothing to do but hang out after the contest finished.." X replied, 2 smiled "well that's good then! I'm still hosting my thing, I really missed when you were with us, X" "me too"
"Actually, I-I was wondering if we could hang out more, I wanna have a real friendship with you.." X said nervously while looking away, 2 looked over at him and smiled "of course silly boy! Ever since you left I thought we were nene for gonna see eachother! I've always wanted to be friends with you!" X was surprised "R-Really?? Even though 4 hates you? What if he finds out!" 2 patted X on the back "4 will never find out, because we'll just keep it a secret, he could have some secret meetings and we could finally hang out as best buds!" X smiled and was excited at the thought of them hanging out
"Amazing! So.. I have to keep it a secret for 4?" X asked, 2 smiled and replied "mhmm, I don't want you to be in danger if he ever found out about his enemy hanging out with his best friend" X was worried and shook of the thought "I guess your right, and you won't tell your contestants about us either right?" 2 nodded "Promise" X smiled and did a little pinkie promise with him
After they promised, they looked up at the sky again, amazed at the stars scattered everywhere on the sky
The sky suddenly was getting brighter, 2 looked down at the sky and saw a bright light, the Sun
"Oh my, well, I guess we lost track of time, the sun is coming up, you should get going before your friends know your gone" X got up and grabbed the blanket "Well.. it was really nice seeing you again 2" 2 smiled "if you ever have the time, wanna hang out with me this after noon? I'm gonna be testing out my powers in the mountains and you seem like you would come" X smiled "of course! I will, I'm not busy with anything so sure!" X replied "great! Just make sure you don't get caught, I know how powerful your friend, 4, is" "I know, well, I should get going now" X started walking
"Wonderful to see you again, Silly boy.." 2 waved and smiled, X waved back and smiled "see you later!" X kept walking, smiling and filled with joy, he was finally gonna be friends with him, X just felt like he was supposed to be around 2's side
On the way back, X thought about their secret, he never hid his secrets to 4, they were inseparable, barely away from eachother, but it X was gonna become 2's new best friend, 4 would be upset, and mad knowing that X would soon be 2's yellow buddy, X decided not to tell anyone, not even a single should, or, object..
X was thinking of the consequences until he finally made it back to the houses, he flew up to his window which was still opened, he flew in his room and closed his window, he put away his stuff and sat down on his bed, he looked at the blanket that was given to him by 2, he covered himself with the blanket and snuggles it a bit, he loved 2's smell and the blanket had the same exact smell, X loved it, he started driving to sleep as his eyes closed
At that same time, right after X fell asleep, 4 walked into his room to check on him, only to see his yellow friend sleeping, and the window closed, 4 smiled "hope you slept well X.." 4 whispered before walking out and closing the door
This was the start of a new and impossible bond
