There weren't many times the Woolf house found itself in chaos. The last time they could collectively remember such unrest, was back in September when Zelenka had to be taken out of school.
Now, on March 2nd, 2005, the Woolf family descends into chaos again.

It started that Wednesday at noon when Circe was given a patient who'd just been admitted with a broken arm.
That patient was none other than her child: Yí Rán Woolf, and not even a second later, Roman-her husband-was bursting through the doors with the rest of her family, Zelenka and Sage, behind him cursing that 'Pale freak'.
And now, later that night, Sage was arguing with Circe about pressing charges on Edward Cullen,Roman is attempting to make a casserole and Yí Rán is watching Food Network with a black cat on her lap making slick comments now and then to support her sister's cause.
Zelenka turns back and forth to Circe and Sage, trying to ease the tension when a heavy feeling falls over the house. The lights snap off and the television goes blank.
Everyone goes quiet.
Yí Rán cradles the cat tightly as she slides off the couch to stand by Zelenka. Sage steps away from the stairs, beckoning her Dad over and taking his hand as he runs to the circle. Circe stands in front of them protectively.
They wait; breaths bated and hands held tight as they wait for something-anything to happen.
Suddenly, Sage releases a heavy breath and clutches her chest, falling against her Dad as her knees weaken.
"Sage," The man gasps and leads her to the nearest couch, "what's wrong?"
"I-I," she sniffles, brown eyes wide with shock.
Circe touches her shoulder gently and crouches to catch her eyes, "Sage, what do you feel?"
Sage gulps and licks her chapped lips, "Death."
The lights flicker back to life and the television snaps awake with the voice of a harsh-sounding man.
None of them move. Finally, after three commercials, Circe steps away.

Zelenka, Jade, and Roman talk in low voices in the kitchen about dinner as Circe and Sage talk in a civilized manner in the living room about Edward Cullen.
"Mom, all I'm saying is that the kid's a weirdo and what he did was not acceptable,"
"I agree."
Sage smiles, "Thank you so you agree that proper disciplinary actions should be taken, we should take them to court, and then sue."
Circe sighs and pinches the bridge of her nose. "What I'm saying is, he should be punished but we are not going through the legal process of suing the Cullen's."
"Hm... what about a restraining order?"
"That..." The woman thinks it over before sighing again, "That's fine. But we don't need to make a scene, we just got here."
Yí Rán looks at them through the kitchen archway. "And my arm getting broken by the town's recluse isn't one?"
Circe grimaces, "How did that happen anyway? You wouldn't tell me back at the hospital."
