(Lucy’s POV)
“Lucy Ann can you hear me?”
“Who is that?” I asked touching his face…
“It’s Niall love.”
“GO AWAY!” I hissed.
“Lucy babe please listen to me.”
“Well…”
“I love you Lucy Ann…I messed up… I am so sorry… when she kissed me… I thought... that should be Lucy… but she wouldn’t let me stop... I couldn’t pull away! I wanted to Lucy… I wanted you…”
“Why did you wait until now?”
“I knew you wouldn’t believe me… so do you Lucy? Do you believe me…. Because those things you said in the interview… it hurt.”
“How could I?”
“Lucy…”
“Please leave Niall.”
“Alright… I’m sorry.” Niall walked out… but then in return, Louis ran in.
“Your okay?” Louis asked worried.
“I’ve been better… but I have also been worse.” He chuckled at what I had said. “How are you?”
“You know… confused and all.”
“I think everyone is….” I took a deep breath…. “I love him… I love Niall.” I mumbled. “But I don’t think I can trust him.”
“I think you need to follow your heart not your brain… does that make since?” I took another deep breath.
“Yeah… it does… but my heart is saying forget him… he broke me Lou… I felt like he stabbed me a hundred different times…”
“We all just want you to be happy.”
“But… what if Vicky was telling the truth… did they have a relationship? Does he like her?”
“He never liked her… like ever…. So I don’t understand any of this…” Louis grabbed my hand into his. “We all love you Lucy Ann… we want you to be happy… and we want you safe.”
“This is so hard Lou… I hate hospitals… ever since my parents died.” I felt a few tears roll down my cheek. “I miss them.”
“Come here love!” Louis pulled me into his chest. “They’d be proud of you love.” He slowly started stroking my hair. “You did well in the interview… you got sassy.” Louis chuckled; his chest vibrating each time…he smelt really good… warm… and I felt protected…. “I will always be here for you Lucy Ann… No matter what.”
“Promise?”
“I promise!” He smiled… kissing my forehead. We spent the rest of the day in each other’s arms… just talking… when finally the nurse came in.
“Are you ready to go home hun?”
“Please.”
“Alright… I will get you checked out.”
“Thank you.” I smiled… “And thank you Louis!”
“For what love?”
“Being there for me… nobody else was…. You are an amazing person Louis... people judge you to easy.”
“I can only be there for the most amazing people… why wouldn’t I be there for you?” He chuckled
“Just… thanks.” I smiled.
“You’re welcome!” He smiled; I smashed my lips against Louis’…. He slowly started kissing back…I liked the way Louis’ lips felt against mine… his hands entangled with mine… It felt like we were meant to be… he slowly pulled away… smiling!
“Sorry…” I giggled.
“For what? Kissing me? Don’t be sorry!”
“Well... that was…”
“Amazing?”
“Yeah.”
“That’s what I thought too.” Louis pecked my lips again. “And Addicting…” He chuckled.
“You’re a good kisser Lou.”
“I could say that about you too! Damn how did you learn to kiss like that?” He winked. Making me laugh.
“You are not talking to Katie anymore?” I quickly asked.
“Nope… we stopped talking… it wasn’t working… I think I was falling for somebody else.” My cheeks turned bright red.
“Oh… Ah who?”
“You silly!” He chuckled pressing his lips on to mine again. “You are so damn cute Lucy Ann.”
