The morning was as usual, get up and do your morning routine. Take a shower, get something to eat, check your phone for a while when eating. Get dressed, pack up and head out. But one extra thing was touring with the (h/c) female today to her office- her travelling bag. Yeah, it was the day to head to the village for the assignment given to them. And man, was she excited..not really, travelling wasn't her thing. Working from home or workplace was the best but that doesn't matter she's used to it. Right? No.
The early-twenties woman double checked her door lock; who wants their house to be robbed when they're out. That's just another bunch of troublesome. As the she noted that the door was firm and unable for anyone to break in, she headed out. The weather was the same, she liked it. Warm breezes are her favourite; they made her feel refreshed and new.
She stopped in front of the cafe she has been frequently visiting since her arrival to this country and got her usual iced coffee. A sigh of ease escaped her lips, she could feel the caffeine working in her body- waking up every still sleeping function there.
"Good morning!" The female passed her usual greeting smile to the older one as she passed by. "Morning." Her Voice wasn't as sweet as the elder but it was tender. Her desk mate; Yumoto, held his hand up when she was walking by him. A amused grin worked up to her face as she smacked it with her own hand, filling up his wish of high fiving her. A new greeting between them.
'𝑆𝑤𝑒𝑒𝑡.'
She wasn't heading to her desk to work, all she did was get her important files and the notebook she always keeps in her desk and made a beeline for the couch. She slumped down on the couch, her coffee in one hand while the other carried her phone out of her navy blue blazer's pocket. Beside her was the other female of the division- slowly drinking her tea and watching the television. Opposite of her was eldest member of the division; Chosuke. He was reading his usual newspaper.
Since it looked like no one was in the mood of starting a conversation, she decided it was better for her to check her phone for any update. Her (e/c) boredly scanned the device screen. Her thumb hovered over every app, mind thinking wether she would open it or not.
Instagram? Nah just pictures of people having fun and plus she already checked all of them. Facebook? Same as Insta. Youtube? Nothing to watch. Netflix? Bruh she won't even be able to finish an episode of a series. Tik tok? When the hell did she even get that app? Snapchat-

She eyebrows rose up in inquiry as a notification popped up on top of her phone's screen. She let her thumb go up and hold on to the message.
