Red In The Snow

Chapter 1

As I got on the bus I start thinking on about how I would do my homework assignment, then out of the corner of my eye I see Emily walking up to me "Well I see we've been invaded by dork." she says. I put my head down so she can't see my face as a tear rolls down my face. Then I feel the soothing feeling I get when Lola is around. I look up seeing her face, out of nowhere a smile appeared on my face. I wiped the tears of my check and as we started talking I forgot all about what happened earlier on the bus.

After I got of the bus I stared to walk home when Emily came up to me and stated saying "Hey Red can you not dork up the neighbor..."
"Stop, ok just stop!" I scream cutting her off. Then Emily stomps of with her heels clicking. I shake my head as I walk back to my house. "How was school?" Mom ask as soon as I get inside.
"Good." I lie. she smiles back at me as I walk to my room. "I wish My family never moved here." I mumble to myself. I then flop down onto my bed and start crying. Then the next thing I know I wake up to my alarm. Oh my God, I slept though dinner! I think. I quickly put on my black tang top under my cardigan that compliments my red hair hoping it will show Emily that I like my hair. Once I'm finished in the bathroom I rum downstairs grab my bag and head out the door. I shiver remembering that I forgot to wear I jacket. But for my luck the bus comes, that's a first. I think. then I can hardly remember the cold when Emily looks at me and laughs. My plan was crushed I thought this outfit would stand up to Emily but I guess she doesn't get the message. And as soon as the bus doors open I quickly dash inside and sit in my seat, but I can't help seeing Emily glare at me as she walks by. To my surprise I get up from my seat and run off the bus into the woods.
